This sandstone-built cottage rests on the outskirts of Armathwaite in Cumbria and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.
Swallows Nest is a semi-detached barn conversion located on the fringes of Armathwaite, adjacent to a dairy farm in Cumbria. It boasts two bedrooms; a double and a twin, sleeping four altogether. There is also a shower room and an open-plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. To the exterior is your own private garden with patio and lawn, and there is ample off-road parking. Swallows Nest invites you to enjoy a quality break exploring the Lake District.
Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, TV with Freeview, WiFi, selection of books and games. Wood-fired Hot tub available Sunday to Friday not Saturday. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Stairgate available. Ample off-road parking. Enclosed lawn and patio with furniture. Two well-behaved pets welcome but are not allowed upstairs. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: Sloping ceilings in bedrooms. No stag/hen or similar parties allowed. Family-orientated site. Note: Should you wish to use doggy day care, then advanced booking is required Note: this property has a shared EV charging point.
