Detached villa on 4000m2 of land, between forest and vineyards but 500m from the village (and therefore the bakery, tennis and small grocery).
With 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with family or friends everyone will find his place. Little extra, in times of heat wave, the refreshing floor will keep the house below 25 ° C.
The large kitchen but also the plancha or barbecue will allow you to enjoy the provisions brought from the market in the shade under the big oak.
Outside, several areas allow adults to chat, or take a nap, but also children to enjoy the wooden cabin, swing or trampoline.
New 2019: A real swimming pool of 10x5m will be installed during the winter (not yet on the photos)
