Great Stay for the Weekend

Stay for the holiday. It had everything we needed. We hung out, cooked at the kitchen and location is walking distance to the beach. Literally there in less than 5 minutes.

Had lots of fun!

Our stay at Sand Dollar was wonderful. The place was big and comfortable and I liked that each room had AC and a fan. There were some issues with the water and wifi so this place is for those who are flexible and can handle problems. The kitchen is not fully equipped, like spoons missing, so it is best to go prepared with what you may need. the distance to the beach is short so that was lovely!

Great house for the family

The house was great, rooms and bathrooms great size. Everyone loved hanging out on the patio upstairs and roof top. Plus access to a private beach. Easy access to all the fun and entertainment with about a 10-15 min drive. Beds were comfy. Futons were a little stiff but they are futons. Plus the host responded quickly during stay.

Beautiful Casita

Just a few minutes to walk to the beach! Stunning views! The upstairs toilet did not flush, the downstairs shower did not work, and the stove only had 2 working burners. Minor maintenance would make things perfect. Other than that, we had a lovely time!

Thee property is ok, I like the beds, the view, the only thing I don't like is the manager never respod my text ,we have no hot water, an we finish our stay with no water in the whole house, we use water bottles to brush our teeth, I give 4 stars becouse the beach is close to the house

Our water finished as my grandson was about to shower. The shower curtain was put to height and all the water fall out onto the restroom floor. The refrigerator was old, and the drawers were all broken.

Karen needs to upgrade her house I felt like I was at a motel 6 that’s how old and dirty the furniture is the kitchen upstairs was outdated the dishes we dirty and rusty it didn’t feel like somebody came to clean before our stay the futon couches upstairs were so filthy the carpet upstairs was disgusting they really need to get some new everything location is great check in was easy but other that that the house really needs some work this was the first house I’ve ever stayed in peñasco where they had wood on the doors for “safety” NEEDS UPGRADES

Relaxing

This is a good spot for family being that it is close to the beach (2min walk) and centrally located. It is quiet and clean. The patios were nice with comfy chairs. The tv setup was a bit tricky at first. The internet worked well. If you have more then 3 people I’d suggest extra essential items like paper towels, ice, bath towels, and toilet paper. Other than that it was well stocked. The coffee maker was not useable because it was full of little bugs even a good cleaning was not going to salvage it. We were there during a rain and there were ants everywhere, i just assumed they were out because of the rain. The patio door was a bit hard to slide. Security patrols the area. good cold A/C. No garage. We felt safe. Beaches were beautiful. The yard was nice and situated well. I would stay here again.

Not again, not Recomended….

Location is great, premisses are old, outdated, unmaintained. Things falling off the walls, chairs falling apart, lamps are as old as my grandma, beds not comfortable at all, restrooms all have issues, no smoke detectors, walls are deteriorated and peeling off. Think twice before reserving.

Great location. House was nice. Beach is not crowded. Guards in guard shack very helpful. Directions to house were a bit confusing and pick needs to be updated for there has been a lot of development since last pick so missed the house a couple times. Overall was an excellent stay. Plan to book agin in the future

Beautiful home

Beautiful home , only thing I would say or recommend is maybe putting the house number on the actual home Itself and not on the trash can , it was a bit tricky locating the house with the directions that were sent over email. Other than that Home owner was friendly and responded at a good time, didn’t take hours to respond. We did have to go out and buy new batteries for the tv remotes because none of them had working batteries. House from the outside looked a little abandoned maybe fixing the outside and making it look more welcoming but like I said other than little minor things house was great.
