SUN OF THE BAY 1B is an exclusive holiday apartment with sea views and direct access to the Pinos beach in the paradisiacal Alcudia Bay. It is part of a complex of six identical apartments, distributed in two blocks, designed to offer maximum comfort and tranquility.
This beautiful ground-floor apartment, recently renovated, features a charming private garden and an unbeatable location to enjoy the serenity of the surroundings and the natural beauty of the area. It is the perfect place for families with children, combining the convenience of being by the beach with a wide variety of attractions and activities for all ages.
Layout and Spaces
Upon entering the property, you can access it either through the main entrance from the street or through the garden and terrace. The terrace, fully furnished with a cozy outdoor dining area, is perfect for enjoying meals al fresco while taking in the views. From here, you access a bright living-dining room, ideal for family moments or relaxing while watching satellite TV from the sofa.
The apartment has two double bedrooms with a capacity for up to four people:
The first bedroom has a large double bed and access to a private terrace.
The second bedroom offers two single beds and also access to a terrace.
The kitchen, fully equipped with an oven, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, and all necessary utensils, allows you to prepare delicious homemade meals. Additionally, the apartment has two modern bathrooms with showers and toilets, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.
Just minutes by car, about 5 km away, you can explore other small and cozy beaches, as well as historical sites like the Roman city of Pollentia, its Roman theater, and medieval Alcudia with its impressive wall. Don't miss the opportunity to enjoy nature in the natural parks of S'Albufera and S'Albufereta.
Explore Port d'Alcudia and Its Charm
Port d'Alcudiais a picturesque fishing port that has become a popular destination for beach lovers. Its promenade, recognized for its architectural design, is perfect for strolling between 'llaüts' (traditional fishing boats) and the modern Alcudiamar marina. Here you'll find the best seafood restaurants, ice cream shops, and clothing stores, along with kilometers of fine sand that define the Alcudia Bay, ideal for water sports, boat rentals, and a water park.
Alcudia Beach, stretching 10 km, is not the only option; there are nearly twenty nearby beaches offering different types of sand, pebbles, and access only by sea. The Alcanada beach and S'Illot Coll Baix are true natural wonders worth visiting.

- To confirm your reservation, we require a deposit of 30%.
- Upon arrival customers will make a payment of 300€ in cash, as a deposit that will be refunded upon completion of the stay should the customer have left the house on the agreed terms.
*After checking the meter, the deposit will be charged for the electricity used (only if agreed at the time of rental)
- The final cleaning is to be paid separately - 180 euros.
- Real estate management - 90€.
- Upon prior request:a cot and a high chair - 30€ por week.
- Second cot and high chair - 10€ por day.
- In those rooms where you can put an extra bed and whenever it is possible, the price will be 28 euros per day.
Additional Notes:
- A few days before your arrival, you must contact the reception agency to communicate your arrival time (no flight / boat if applicable) and organize the collection of keys.
- Once you arrive at the destination, please contact us by phone and go directly to the accommodation or meeting point previously arranged.
- The reception office will contact you shortly to inform you of the time and place for collecting the keys.
- Arrival after hours:
a) The keys will be left in a safe deposit box. The remaining amount must be paid the next day to the reception agency;
b) In the case that there is no safe deposit box, arrange arrival after hours with the agency. The penalty for late arrival in cash at the time of arrival must be paid.
- Check in after 23.00 - 30.00 euros
- If a late departure is possible, whenever possible, the cost of the extension until 13:00 will be 50 euros and 90 euros before 17:00.
- In low season the time of entry and exit are flexible. Contact the agency to specify the hours.

Since July 2016, the government has implanted an Eco-tax to tourism.
- € 2,20 per night and per person first 8 days. The following days - € 1.10 per person per night. Not applicable for children under 16 years.
- This amount will be due to the manager upon arrival.
