There is a separate bathroom and WC, as well as a ground floor cloakroom with basin and WC. Downstairs has a fitted kitchen and dining area, with a living room and utility room. The first floor is also home to a dining room. Off-road parking is available for three cars. Outside has a lawned garden and patio area with furniture and a hot tub. 32 Gwelfor is an excellent modernised cottage in the heart of Anglesey countryside.

Electric double oven and 5-ring-hob, fridge/freezer, ice maker, juicing machine & food processor, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Bose Bluetooth speaker (in kitchen and first floor dining room), a selection of books, games and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot & highchair available on request. Off-road parking for 2 cars and roadside parking. Lawned garden and patio area with furniture and hot tub. Four well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 3 mins walk. Note: There are steps leading up to the property entrance and the lawned garden. This property is with 0.5 miles of the coast. No stag, hen or similar parties
