Stunning 5 Star Ocean View Condo with all the Amenities!

Our unit is spacious with high ceilings, ceiling fans, fabulous sunlight, and gorgeous ocean views. This elevated third story unit affords a wonderful lanai with a view overlooking manicured golf courses, tropical flowers, natural lava formations, and lush palm trees all against a beautiful ocean blue backdrop.

The condo is five-star-resort quality throughout following a complete renovation in late 2015. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Kitchen and bath cabinets are cappuccino maple with elegant granite counters. New tile flooring completes downstairs rooms, lanai, and living areas. The loft has the highest quality vinyl flooring. There is a gas BBQ on the lanai, air conditioning units in all bedrooms (recently added in the loft bedroom), ceiling fans in all rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed internet with WiFi access, cable TV, DVD player, and entertainment center with additional TV in the main master bedroom. Guests should find beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, a soft cooler, and boogie boards for a day at the beach too!

Fabulous!
Absolutely fabulously located and appointed condo! Communication with owner was first class, and the condo had everything that could possibly be needed to enhance anyone's stay and loads more besides. We used nearest of the three pools many times, and again, it was perfect. The welcome by the onsite manager, Wayne, was lovely. We also joined in the monthly party and were made very welcome. The proximity to the Keauhou shopping area and restaurants was brilliant too. Looking at dates for a return visit ....

Lovely Condo
The condo is exactly as pictured, spacious, bright and very clean. We greatly appreciated the close (but not so close there will be noise) proximity to the pool and the extra coolers for our daily adventures. And I hate to tell you that if you book a sunset excursion it will be a waste because the sunset views from the patio of this condo can not be beat!

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo is well-equipped and clean; and you just can't beat the view! Good communication with the owner. The KTA Grocery attached to a shopping center is just a 5 minute walk from the condo. Very handy! .

We enjoyed this lovely space for 8 days. It was our first time on the Big Island but won’t be our last.This 3-bedroom condo was absolutely perfect for our family. The unit was exactly how it was shown on the rental site. We travel quite a bit and this space was the most well equipped of anywhere we have stayed. From spices in the fully stocked kitchen to amenities in the bathrooms , the attention to detail was greatly appreciated. We loved the large eating area and relaxing space on the balcony and having a bbq was a big hit with our gang! Thank you so much for making our first visit so enjoyable!

Beautiful view and gorgeous property
The property was absolutely beautiful and well kept. We really enjoyed the fact that all three couples had their own room and bathroom. The nightly view of the sunset over the ocean was breathtaking. Communication with the owner was terrific. The property was well stocked with everything you would need for a Hawaiian vacation. The only concern all of us had was the list of rules that we had to agree to and sign. It really made us paranoid the entire duration of our stay if we were too loud, or left the AC on too long, or if somebody would report us for wearing our sandals from the lani into the condo. If all these rules were clearly posted in the VRBO listing we would have never selected the property.

From the moment we entered the property, exquisite ocean views welcomed us. The condo was beautifully appointed and came with every accessory a group could want. This is a beautiful 3 bed 3 bath condo. The owner was very helpful. The condo itself was an amazing space with a view of the ocean and a golf course. Our family had a wonderful experience at this condo. The description was accurate. Was well stocked and had more than expected with beach chairs, boogie boards, some snorkeling gear, plenty of swim towels and shower towels…The whole place was renovated and in great condition. The location was great being so close to a grocery store and being able to see the ocean and sunsets from the deck were such a treat! We were so pleased and would love to come back and stay here. The owner was quick to respond and always very helpful and polite. We were grateful that it all worked out so well!

Retirement Relaxation Retreat!
Michael’s place did not disappoint, it was utterly exactly as pictured, and everything we could want to celebrate milestone birthdays and retirements. From booking through check-out, it was seamless, and Michael was always there to answer any questions prior and during our stay. The beds were comfortable, the lanai was perfect way to end each day watching the amazing sunsets. We BBQ’d, and used the kitchen as it was stocked with all necessities to cook (something usually lacking in VRBO’s) up our meals. The washer/dryer was huge so it was great to have in order not to have to pack so much. There are ample beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, flippers, masks and plenty of towels. All of these are in great shape, and we appreciated having them to take to the beach each day. We also enjoyed the quick walk to our parking spot, which was also adjacent to the pool and tennis courts. We loved playing pickleball in the mornings, followed by quick swim and heading to the beach. Location is perfect for getting both north and south of the island. We definitely expect a return visit with our friends as we all enjoyed our stay in Kona and at Michaels.

This place was so beautiful and conveniently located to everything we wanted to try. We enjoyed sunsets from the lanai every night! The kitchen was well stocked which we greatly appreciated since we had little kids to feed and didn't have to break the budget eating out every meal. My wife Maureen and I have twin 17 year olds, Aiden and Adela. My parents, Al & Linde, have their primary residence on the Big Island of Hawaii about 850 ft. above the city of Kailua Kona. We have been visiting my parents for years and they were the ones who turned us on to purchasing our investment property in Country Club Villas when this third story unit became available for purchase in the fourth quarter of 2014.

Why they chose this property

We did a full remodel in 2015, which took 6 months to complete. My mother use to own an interior design center in Portland, Oregon and she supervised the entire remodel. Our condo is now of the highest quality, and since we usually stay with my parents when we visit, we wanted to open up our beautiful unit to wonderful people who have their own high standards when it comes to vacation rentals.
