This farmhouse is situated outside of Cokethorpe, Oxfordshire and can sleep sixteen people in eight bedrooms.
Home Farm (16) is a magnificent farmhouse situated just outside of Cokethorpe, Oxfordshire. It is set at the end of a mile long drive, in the stunning Cotswolds grounds. Internally, there is a living room with a piano, a fitted kitchen with a dining area. There is a second living room with a wood burning stove, as well as a playroom for children. Upstairs has one king-siz bedroom and one twin bedroom with a Jack and Jill bathroom and WC, four twin bedrooms, and two king-size bedrooms, one with an en suite bathroom and WC. There is a separate bathroom and WC. There is an enclosed garden area with furniture and a barbecue available on request. The property has uninterrupted views over the countryside with its immaculate gardens, including a tennis court and a large gated pond. Children have access to the climbing frame and swings also. Ample off road parking is available. Home Farm (16) is an excellent cottage for those family breaks.
Note: No hen or stag parties allowed and we ask all guest to be considerate to neighbours in the village with no loud noise.

Ample off road parking. Enclosed lawned garden with BBQ, ( BBQ - available March to end of October unless requested), furniture, climbing frame, swings and tennis court. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles. Note: This property requires a refundable Good House Keeping Bond of £500 prior to booking.
