Five terraced apartments immersed in the Mediterranean scrub and less than 300 meters from the beautiful Sardinian sea. A few steps from the apartment, in a path surrounded by the typical nature of these places, you will find a beach of fine white sand and a sea with turquoise waters where you can spend your days in complete relaxation. The apartment is equipped with every comfort, private parking space, private and fenced garden, barbecue; inside two bedrooms furnished in a modern style, a functional kitchen with satellite TV, bathroom with shower and washing machine. At 1000 meters away you will find the newsagent, grocery stores, restaurants and pharmacy. At about 1.5 km the heart of the village with the pedestrian area in the evening that will allow you to have fun in the multitude of clubs and shops of all kinds. 25 KM from the port and airport of Olbia. Maurizio è molto disponibile e gentile. Il mare è vicino 10 min a piedi. Siamo stati 11 notti e ci siamo riposati , anche il nostro cagnolino ha apprezzato il giardino ben curato.

Alles perfekt
Sehr unkomplizierte und flexibler Check In und Check Out. Die Kommunikation mit Maurizio wahr hervorragend. Das Haus ist ruhig und in schöner Umgebung gelegen. Dennoch ist man von dort schnell an den schönsten Stränden der Gegend. Die Lage bietet ebenso einen guten Ausgangspunkt für längere Touren über die Insel. Alles war wie beschrieben im Haus vorhanden, das WLAN funktionierte perfekt und es war alles sehr sauber. Vielen Dank an Maurizio. Wir empfehlen die Häuser gerne weiter und kommen gerne wieder.

A pochi passi dalla spiaggia di Porto Ainu e a 15 min da San Teodoro e le sue bellissime spiaggie la casa è davvero bella e dotata di un giardino e di tutte le comodità. Maurizio, il proprietario, è una persona gentilissima e disponibilissima che ha saputo rispondere a tutte le nostre domande e richieste. Assolutamente consigliata!

Unvergesslicher Urlaub ********
Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in dieser Ferienwohnung verbracht. Das Objekt entspricht alles zu 100% der Beschreibung. Die Wohnung war sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet mit allem was man so im Urlaub benötigt. Die Lage war auch super, nur ca 300 m vom Strand porto Ainu entfernt, der wirklich sehr schön und flach abfallend ist. Der kleine Garten mit Liegestühlen u kleiner Terrasse hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Alles in allem, ein super Urlaub! Die Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen, auch wegen der ruhigen Lage!

Wir waren 14 Tage bei Maurizio, er ist super nett, sehr hilfsbereit, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wenn wir mal einen Wunsch hatten war er sofort da die Lage und das Ferienhaus sind sehr gut der Strand perfeckt also wierglich nur zu emphfelen,wir werden aufjedenfall wieder kommen.Vielen Dank an Maurizio.

Oasi di pace e relax
Abbiamo soggiornato presso S'Oggiastrone per 2 settimane e ci siamo trovati benissimo: l'appartamento, pulito e spazioso, è risultato perfetto per le nostre esigenze (una famiglia di 4 persone). È posizionato in una zona un po' isolata e molto tranquilla: abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo il silenzio e il relax di cui potevamo godere al rientro dalle giornate trascorse nelle bellissime ma affollate spiagge nei dintorni! Il proprietario è molto gentile e disponibile. Solo un consiglio: munitevi di antizanzare sia per l'esterno che per l'interno, se come noi preferite approfittare della naturale brezza serale, anziché dell'aria condizionata.

Location très agréable à 5 mns à pieds d'une petite plage de sable. Notre avion avait pris beaucoup de retard et Maurizio très dévoué, est venu à notre rencontre à 23H et nous a accompagné jusqu à la location. In pieno relax
Io e il mio compagno abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento per una settimana e non possiamo che dare un commento positivo sia dell'alloggio che alla disponibilità del proprietario. La casa è davvero confortevole, pulita e perfetta per un soggiorno vacanze. Inoltre il giardino esterno rende ancora più piacevole la permanenza poiché è ideale per cenare all'aperto. Il mare è a 300 m di distanza e tranquillamente raggiungibile a piedi. Consigliamo questa struttura a chi ama la tranquillità e la natura. Grazie ancora Maurizio per la disponibilità.

Casa stupenda
La casa corrisponde alle foto ed alla descrizione del proprietario! Il proprietario gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Ci ha fornito consigli utili e indicazioni precise riguardo mete e ristoranti. La casa isolata e tranquilla, è pulita e la spiaggia a 300 metri è molto bella. A pochi minuti di macchina abbiamo raggiunto spiaggia meravigliose! Lo consiglio a tutti!!!

Un sogno finalmente realizzato!
Una vacanza veramente indimenticabile! La casa è pulita, spaziosa e situata in una zona molto tranquilla, da cui sono facilmente raggiungibili sia le famose spiagge del nord come Cala Brandinchi che quelle poste più a sud come Berchida. Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo. Proprietario estremamente disponibile e gentile. Quanto manca alle prossime vacanze!?!?

LOCATION EXCEPTIONNELLE
La location était tout à fait conforme (voire supérieure) à la description de l'annonce. La maison, faisant partie d'un ensemble de cinq constructions récentes, est très propre, fonctionnelle, avec une grande cuisine très bien équipée, dotée de deux terrasses couvertes très agréables (celle à l'arrière jouxte les deux chambres avec vue sur la campagne et la montagne). Tout est neuf. L'endroit est très calme ( on entendait seulement le chant des cigales et le tintement des clochettes des moutons lors de leur passage: tout un spectacle!). Position idéale: à 300 mètres de la superbe plage de Porto Ainu (sable blanc, quelques rochers et eau cristalline), de là, en quinze minutes, on peut gagner la plage Sa Capannizza de Budoni: magnifique! A ne pas manquer: à 10 minutes de marche de la maison: la piscine naturelle et peu connue de Baia Sant' Anna que l'on atteint en empruntant un chemin qui longe la mer et bordé de petites criques souvent désertes: splendide! En résumé: deux semaines de vacances fantastiques. Un grand merci au propriétaire, Maurizio ainsi qu'à sa charmante maman pour leur accueil, leur gentillesse, leur disponibilité et leur discrétion. Nous recommandons vivement cette location et sommes bien décidés à y retourner sans aucun doute.

Bellissima!!
Casa confortevole, vicino al mare e lontana dal caos, la notte si sentivano solo i grilli e le campanelle delle pecore!!! Siamo arrivati la sera del 6 settembre un po' tardi causa ritardo del traghetto ma il proprietario è stato gentilissimo ad aspettarci ed a elencarci tutto quello che dovevamo sapere nonostante l'ora... la casa si è presentata bene, pulita e conforme a quanto descritto nell'inserzione. Perfetta per chi non ha voglia di spostarsi perché si raggiunge la spiaggia a piedi ma consiglio di visitare anche le spiagge vicine perché sono bellissime (Posada e San Teodoro).

Vacanza indimenticabile
Che dire... tutto perfetto, casa accogliente e spaziosa, cucina attrezzata di tutto, grande veranda e apertura al giardino anche dalle camere (risvegli con vista campagna).Posizione fantastica, vicino alle spiagge di sabbia bianca o di roccia (a piedi 5 minuti) con mare splendido, silenziosa (strada chiusa). Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento, rapporto qualità prezzo veramente eccezionale. Il proprietario e la sua mamma sono molto disponibili, simpatici e discreti. Una promessa ci torneremo.

Sehr schönes Haus im Grünen
Sehr schönes, helles und geräumiges Haus. Maurizio ist ein netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Eine schöne kleine Bucht war gut zu Fuß erreichbar (5min). Wir verbrachten einen wunderschönen erholsamen Urlaub in angenehmer Umgebung. Nochmals vielen Dank an Maurizio.
