Villa Elesia is a 4 bedroom villa with a pool situated in a quiet area in the area of Pale with easy access to the clear water beaches of south Rethymno. It has a cozy outdoor area with a barbecue, lounge and garden furniture where you can relax and enjoy family and friend gatherings.


Villa Elesia is a 204 sq. m. residence located in the Pale area in the southern part of Rethymno. It can accommodate 8 guests in its 4 bedrooms, with the option to host a 9th guest on a folding bed.


Layout
Ground Floor


On the ground floor there is a large, bright living room with a 50" satellite HDTV with Netflix subscription, Playstation 4, bluetooth speaker, a fireplace and a dining table. The living room has large glass doors that accessed the pool and outdoor area. There is also a spacious fully equipped kitchen with a kitchen table. One of the four bedrooms is also on the ground floor. This air-conditioned bedroom has two single beds (0,90X2,00) as well as an ensuite bathroom with shower. Additionally there is a WC on the ground floor as well as a storeroom with the washing machine, clothes dryer and iron/iron board.


First Floor


The remaining three bedrooms are on the first floor. There is the master bedroom with a Queen size bed (1,60x2,00) which has a 21" TV and an ensuite bathroom with a bath. The second bedroom of the first floor features a King size bed (1,80x2,00) and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom offers two single beds (0,90X2,00). All of the bedrooms have air-conditioning and balconies. Furthermore there is a large shaded veranda on the the first floor with mountain views.


Outdoor area


Villa Elesia has mountain views from the balconies, verandas and outdoor pool area. The outdoor area includes:

-? private swimming pool that can be heated with an additional daily charge (please note that the pool heating can be used for the entire stay and it requires at least one-week advance notice). The pool terrace is equipped with an outdoor shower, umbrellas and sun beds.
-A fully equipped charcoal barbecue and outdoor dining under a shaded area are provided for al fresco dining.
-A garden swing, trampoline and ping pong table are also available for our young guests.
-The Villa and outdoor area are fenced. Despite the neighbouring houses, there is enough privacy in the outdoor area.


LOCATION


Villa Elesia is located in the area of Pale in the southern part of Rethymno. It offers easy access to all the southern beaches in the prefecture. More than 5 well know southern crystal clear water beaches are within a 20 minute drive such as Amoudi, Damnoni, Schinaria, Plakias, Triopetra, and Preveli the famous "Palm tree" beach. They are organized but there are sections on those beaches where you could go to be away of the crowd. The Villa is ideally situated between two villages (Spili and Armenoi) with amenities available there such as restaurants, supermarkets, ATMs and pharmacies to name a few. The well know restaurant "Alekos" is in Armeni which has been awarded the Golden Chefs Hat numerous times. Villa Elesia is also near Plakias town which has become a renowned tourist resort now providing all the facilities that a visitor could wish. Additionally mountain villages such as Sellia and Mirthios are nearby with traditional restaurants with spectacular sea views.
