Super séjour
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le séjour dans une région magnifique, avec un accueil particulièrement chaleureux, une maison confortable, climatisée, bien disposée, propre, moderne, fonctionnelle. Une terrasse parfaitement aménagée, un jardin très bien entretenu. La dénomination du "Petit Abri" pourrait être celle de " Petit Paradis", avec le bonheur de profiter du calme, sans vis à vis. Un grand merci à Valérie et son conjoint pour leur implication à la réussite des vacances de leurs hôtes.

Magnifique séjour
Location de qualité. Propriétaires charmants, très accueillants, disponibles pour toute information sur les environs et les lieux d'intérêts. La maison est d'une surface très appréciable, bien équipée, parfaite pour un séjour en couple ou en famille (4 ou 5 personnes). Vue magnifique sur mer. Jardin fleuri très bien entretenu et terrasse très agréable permettant de profiter pleinement en extérieur. Environs très calmes. Des vacances reposantes et de superbes souvenirs. Nous reviendrons!

Van veel gemakken voorzien

Jolie maison avec superbe vue
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette charmante maison, confortable, bien équipée et au calme. La situation de la maison et la région permettent la diversité des activités : plages, promenades dans les nombreux villages provençaux aux alentours, visite des îles de lérins... Les propriétaires sont chaleureux et particulièrement accueillants : rosé et jus de fruits au frais pour notre arrivée, lit d'appoint pour bébé, barbecue à disposition.... Nous recommandons chaudement cette villa et n'hésiterons pas à transmettre les coordonnées à nos amis. C. Richard

Un parti-pris de beauté
Ne soyez pas inquiet avant d'arriver chez les TOMBARELLO, il n'y a aucun décalage entre la présentation des lieux sur ABRITEL et la réalité. Maison très calme, au fond d'une impasse, sans vis à vis et avec vue sur la méditerranée; décoration très raffinée rarement rencontrée dans une location, très beau jardin méditerranéen, coin barbecue aussi esthétique que pratique. Le chat qui faisait partie du séjour n'a lui aussi de cesse d'y retourner. J'allais oublier de mentionner la disponibilité efficace de Monsieur et Madame TOMBARELLO.

Lieu magique
C'est avec un plaisir sans cesse renouvelé que nous prenons nos quartiers d'été dans cette charmante villa. Nous y sommes accueillis par des propriétaires attentifs qui mettent tout en oeuvre pour que notre séjour soit parfait. D'année en année ils apportent des améliorations notables dans la maison, la climatisation a constitué un grand plus durant la période de canicule. Une douche extérieure a également été installée, (sans aucun vis à vis extérieur), avec vue sur la mer et sur les collines c'est un moment magique. Le jardin, en restanques mais praticable est paysagé avec des plantes Méditerranéennes, oliviers, lauriers roses, cactus..... La villa situe en haut d'une colline d'où vous avez une vue magnifique sur la baie de Cannes, à proximité du quartier du Capitou où se trouvent tous les commerçants. Pensez à visiter l'arrière pays, les villages de St Paul de Vence, Mougins, Valbonne.....valent vraiment le détour surtout si vous êtes amateurs d'art. Si vous aimez de bling bling de Cannes, vous y serez en une dizaine de kms. Pensez à louer cette villa à l'arrière saison la Provence y est juste sublime....et plus calme !

Ein Traum! Richtiges Urlaubsgefühl!
Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und es ist alles neuwertig. Das Haus liegt ruhig. Wir haben uns total wohlgefühlt. Am schönsten ist die Terrasse mit Meerblick. Ein Traum! Man möchte gar nicht mehr weg.

Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir
C'est la seconde année que nous louons cette charmante maison et nous en sommes ravis. Sa décoration est contemporaine avec de très beaux volumes, une très belle pièce de vie au rez de chaussée, les matériaux qui ont été utilisés pour la décoration sont hauts de gamme, ce qui est assez rare pour être souligné dans une maison vouée à la location. L'espace cuisine est fonctionnel et très bien équipé. Les terrasses qui dominent la mer permettent de prolonger les soirées d'été autour du barbecue. Le jardin, en restanques, est paysagé avec de très belles plantes Méditerranéennes. A ce tableau idyllique il faut ajouter la qualité de l'accueil qui est réservé aux locataires, bouquet de fleurs fraîches, grande disponibilité des propriétaires en cas de soucis. Une adresse que nous recommandons, sans hésiter.

Herrlicher Urlaub im "petit abri"
Bereits wenige Augenblicke nachdem wir das "petit abri" erreicht hatten, waren wir überzeugt, die richtige Wahl getroffen zu haben. Alles stimmte: das "petit abri" lag wirklich ganz toll, es war innen sehr modern und stilvoll eingerichtet und die schöne Terasse lud uns direkt ein, auf unsere Ankunft anzustoßen und den herrlichen Ausblick auf's Meer zu genießen. Beim Einrichten fielen uns dann viele kleine Dinge auf, die dazu beitrugen, dass wir uns sofort wohlfühlten. So wie die ersten Eindrücke waren, so schön war dann auch unser gesamter Urlaub und wegen der für diese Gegend ganz außergewöhnlichen Ruhe konnten wir uns im "petit abri" auch wunderbar erholen. Die Eigentümer waren sehr nett und gaben uns eine Reihe Tips, unseren Aufenthalt zu gestalten. Wir unternahmen von hier viele Ausflüge, beispielsweise nach St. Tropez (unbedingt Küstenstrasse fahren), nach Grasse und ins Hinterland. Besonders auch zu empfehlen ein Besuch des alten Örtchens "Valbonne", nahe an Grasse gelegen. Sehr genossen haben wir auch die Abende auf der Terasse, nachdem wir uns zuvor mit dem großen Grill ein leckeres Abendessen bereitet hatten. Natürlich gibt es auch in Mandelieu sehr gute Restaurants; hier besonders zu erwähnen das "fruits de mer" am Hafen von Napoule. Obwohl wir vorher das schöne Häus'chen nur über das Internet gesehen hatten und daher auch ein wenig skeptisch waren, waren wir rundum zufrieden; das "petit abri" ist noch viel schöner, als man es den Internetbildern entnehmen könnte Wir bedanken uns nochmals herzlich bei den netten Eigentümern. Contemporary villa with a fabulous view
This villa is as beautiful as the view, we had a great weeks holiday visiting all the well known places on the Cote d'azur. It is ideally placed for visits to Cannes, Antibes, St Raphael, Monaco, Nice, St Tropez....... The property is well maintained, spotlessly clean and just like the pictures on the internet. It was perfect for my family of 2 adults and 2 children, with all the mod cons that you need for a family holiday. The owner was exceptionally helpful, providing us with a guide book with all the walks in the area for families, we did 4 of them and they were perfect for a 3 year olds and a 5 year olds little legs. In short - a great location and a beautiful villa!

De belles vacances
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. La maison est très propre, confortable et dispose d'un équipement de qualité. Elle est située au calme avec une vue magnifique de la terrasse. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires et bien renseignés sur les différents lieux à découvrir...sans oublier la ballade en zodiac qui fut fort sympathique. Couple avec trois enfants.
