The Villa is immersed in a large private and fenced garden, equipped with a large 6x12mt swimming pool, it is the ideal place to relax and enjoy a holiday with family or friends. It offers privacy and at the same time it is in an ideal position to explore the whole southeast coast of Sardinia.
The villa on the upper floor opens onto a living area with a level terrace overlooking the garden, with sea view, where guests can enjoy unforgettable sunsets. The living room with sofa, TV, fireplace, dining area with crystal table for 6 people, where you can eat while enjoying the garden view.
Next to it is the kitchen. Also on the same level are the three double bedrooms, and the three bathrooms all with shower.
The Villa can comfortably accommodate up to 7 adults and if necessary has two cots. There are safe, dishwasher, washing machine. On the lower floor there is a games room with table football, billiards, table tennis and gym equipment, a porch where you can relax in front of the garden with the large private swimming pool and barbeque area. Large parking space in the private square. Capitana beach is 300 m away.
