Luxury Retreat in Nr. Lyngby-By Traum

Luxurious cottage with whirlpool, sauna and activity room located in the small fishing village Nr. Lyngby ca. 5 km north of Lokken city. The cottage was built in 2006, continuously maintained and modernized, so that today it appears completely up to date and attractive. There is a living room / kitchen in open connection, four bedrooms, loft, activity room and two bathrooms with underfloor heating, whirlpool and sauna. In the activity room there is table tennis and billiards. The decor is bright and modern in the well-known Danish cottage style and in Danish design. From the living room there is direct access to the terrace areas. For cheap heating there is an oil burner and wood stove. There is both a covered and open terrace to the south and west. The plot is a flat natural plot partly surrounded by light planting, there are swings and playhouse for the children. Not for rent to youth groups.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
