Romantic cozy cared for down to the last detail, absolutely perfect for a couple with 1 child. The accommodation of almost 60 square meters consists of entrance hall with dresser, small equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed for 1 or 2 people, sleeping area with wooden bed for 2, large bathroom with large shower, large walk-in closet. From the living area you enter the sleeping area by going up 3 steps. the two areas are separated by a marquee. The floors are wood and stone. The heating is autonomous. There is also an efficient wood-burning stove in the accommodation

Un séjour enchanteur

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux chez Paola: un lieu de caractère et plein de charme, très confortable, cosy et bien chauffé (le temps était très froid) Décoration soignée, l appartement est très calme. Local a ski chauffé juste à côté.tres pratique. Le village est préservé, sans immeubles ni commerces mais avec quelques restaurants très agréables. Et le domaine skiable est étendu, boisé et magnifique. Nous avons adoré ! Merci encore Paola pour l accueil attentionné et tous les petits conseils.

Romantic place for 2 with fireplace

Very comfortable apartament with fireplace and antique furniture. Apartament has very good position in the Plan, which is tipical alpine village, 400 meter from the skilift, 100 meter from crosscountry area, 100 meter from beautifull rastourant. You can ski in the Vialattea and live in the cozy and noiseless place. The owner is very kind.

Romantico weekend lungo

Ho trascorso un bellissimo weekend a Plan con mio marito per il nostro anniversario. Bellissimo appartamento caldo ed accogliente, tutto perfetto, pulito, curato nei minimi dettagli. La signora Paola sapendo che era il nostro anniversario ci ha fatto trovare una bottiglia di vino . Abbiamo fatto una bellissima passeggiata con le ciaspole in val troncea e in serata abbiamo cenato in casa davanti alla stufa : ideale per creare atmosfera.

Sci in pieno relax: soluzione perfetta

Una casina calda e accogliente in un caratteristico borgo di montagna. Tutto a potata di mano senza dover più prendere la macchina. 3 posti letto comodissimi (possibilità anche del 4), vera cucina per poter stare a casa tranquillamente e bagno con acqua caldissima per quando si torna da sciare. Se ami il fondo la pista olimpica è di fronte a casa. Altrimenti per la discesa basta perdere la funivia a 8' a piedi (in piano) che in 6' ti porta nel cuore delle piste di Sestriere. Ottimo soluzione per we lunghi e settimane bianche. Da rifare.

Vivi la vera montagna

Sono stato in questa casa per una settimana e l'ho trovata fantastica. E' la classica casa di montagna, in una baita, arredata con uno stile unico e con monti particolari. E' situata in un borgo splendido, attornata da case di questo genere e ristorantini unici, il tutto in un paesaggio montuoso splendido. Comoda per le camminate ed attività estive e per lo sci invernale. Bella esperienza che consiglio a tutti!

Comfort e buon gusto: ideale per tutte le stagioni

Ormai la sento quasi come se fosse casa mia: comodissima sia per una coppia che per 3, arredata con ottimo gusto, accogliete e decisamente molto pratica. Scoperta per caso per la settimana bianca a Marzo (le piste sono comodissime e la valle è incantevole) abbiamo voluto tornarci anche questa estate. Scelta sicuramente vincente.

Fabulously relax and ski safari

"We enjoyed our stay very much indeed, in charming fairy-like house with Paola''s kindness and hospitality. Appartment perfectly modern equiped. Excellent placed for the skiers...7 minutes walkig distance to the cable car Pattemouche with the access to the Vialettea long slope regions. Back downsking possible close to the doors. Free comfortable parking and restaurants on every corner. Shopping preferable by car or free skibus in Sestriere. We''ll recomend to everybody loving ski and the magical relax."

L'alloggio è assolutamente stupendo; rustico, con elementi in legno e pietra ottimamente assemblati, un vero e proprio chalet di montagna "doc". Comodo per gli spostamenti per le piste, ambiente caldo e tutto perfettamente funzionante. Assolutamente consigliato.

Winter Wonderland In Pragelato

The accommodation is very well located in the centre of the small traditional village of Plan in a recently renovated chalet that has been decorated with great care and good taste. It was very well equipped with everything you may need and is also conveniently located to several restaurants within walking distance. The main cable car to get onto the slopes is not that far away and it is possible to walk there. There are a few ski hire shops located close to the cable car. The cross country ski terrain is on the door step. While we didn't do cross country skiing we did enjoy lovely walks down the valley. If you are looking for unspoilt nature and a traditional village then this is the place for you. If you prefer a busy ski resort with night life then it would be better to go to Sestriere. For us however the highlight of the stay was the very kind hospitality of Paola and her family who could just not do enough to make our stay as pleasant and enjoyable as possible from helping with restaurant bookings to arranging ski lessons. They speak excellent English which also made our stay easier. I would not hesitate in recommending this accommodation and plan to return.

Una estancia inolvidable

Nos ha gustado todo: la casa, el entorno y sobre todo la propietaria Paola por sus atenciones y explicaciones. Es un alojamiento muy recomendable para ir a esquiar a la vía láctea pues no necesitas coger el coche para desplazarte a los remontes. La casa es nueva y tiene todos los detalles y comodidades.

Una bella vacanza in famiglia......

"Abbiamo soggiornato a Pragelato e per la precisione a Plan dal 28.12.13 al 4..1.14 in questo grazioso appartamentino caldo e accogliente inserito in un caratteristico e tranquillo borgo di montagna . L'appartamento dista realmente a 400 mt. dalla funivia che collega alla via Lattea consigliamo , se non avete sci a seguito di affittarli al negozio vicino gli impianti molto comodo e proprietari gentili. Almeno tre o quattro ristoranti distano a meno di 30 mt. da casa. I proprietari che salutiamo con affetto sono gentili e cordiali , vi raccomandiamo di seguire i preziosi consigli della S.ra Paola molto utili per chi non conosce bene la località. L'auto si può parcheggiare all'aperto in una piazzola adibita a parcheggio molto vicina. Qualche problemino per la connessione ad internet sicuramente risolvibile in futuro. La posizione strategica la funzionalitá dell'appartamento tra l'altro ben attrezzato e finemente arredato è ideale per una famiglia composta da due adulti e 2 ragazzi come la nostra . Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole e confortevole abbiamo passato un bel Capodanno in famiglia......ritorneremo sicuramente. Fabrizio & famiglia

tranquillità..

Per chi vuole vivere una settimana o più nel bel mezzo della natura e nella tranquillità più assoluta questo è il posto migliore. Casa bellissima, ben arredata ed accogliente, molto calda, grazie alla stufa a legna e all'impianto di termosifoni molto ben funzionante. Proprietari squisiti, ho avuto la fortuna di conoscere la signora Paola e la ringrazio vivamente per tutto ciò che ha fatto per noi e per come ci ha accolti.

Natura, tranquillita' e

L'alloggio e' perfettamente corrispondente alla descrizione, il contesto altrettanto. I proprietari sono cordialissimi e disponibili. L'unica avvertenza sta nello specificare che non vi e' tanta luminosita' nell'appartamento, quindi e' adatto a chi trascorre le giornate fuori casa e fa rientro solo verso fine pomeriggio, oppure a chi comunque, pur non facendo gite ed escursioni, e' intenzionato a vivere la maggior parte delle ore diurne per esempio in giardino, che e' bellissimo, tranquillo e ben attrezzato. Consigliamo a tutti questa casa, che puo' essere rallegrata nelle ore serali dal calore della stufa a legna, tanto piu' d'atmosfera rispetto al termosifoni, comunque presenti e ben funzionanti. Volendo si puo' migliorare un poco la batteria da cucina, ma questi sono piccolissimi dettagli rispetto all'ottima visione generale.Torneremo certamente in occasione di nuove vacanze nel comprensorio.

"Location perfetta in un luogo davvero strategico per scoprire la via Lattea. La Val Troncea proprio davanti è meravigliosa per ciaspolate e sci di fondo. La funivia è a meno di 5 minuti a piedi da casa e permette di essere sulle piste di Sestriere in meno di 15 minuti. La''lloggio è raffinatissimo in una baita tipica. la soluzione ideale per vacanze natalizie e Pasqua, ma anche per i week end e le vacanze estive! GRAZIE"

"The apartment is absolutely lovely, comfortable and full of character. The village is like a cut of from a medieval times. Very quiet and relaxing but with few good eateries almost next door. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful. The skiing was great too. A gondola nearby links the village with the entire Via Lattea. We will definitely come back!"
