About this property
Holiday Villa with AC and Wifi with a short distance to the Beach and Denia town
This is a very well-maintained spacious Holiday Villa and its ideal for a beach or pool type of holiday. It is only 600 meters walk to the golden sandy beach Les Marines and there are plenty of bar/restaurants within a few minutes' walk.
The Urbanization Garden and pools area is very beautiful, and the surrounding garden well maintained.
The property is located in a calm area making it a perfect vacation escape for families and couples. If you would like to enjoy the pulse of Denia, it's just an easy 1,6 km walk from the town center of Denia with its old quarter and marina, and many restaurants to choose between.
If you want to explore the area and the region which we recommend, you can do it either by renting bicycle or even rent a car during your stay (recommend you do it already at the airport), please note that street parking is available for parking on the streets outside the community. You can also park your car in front of our house inside the community.

Please be informed about new Spanish law for all guests (including children) who stay in short term holiday rental, all booked guests must be registered with the authorities (like a hotel check-in/out) steered by Spanish Royal Decree 933/2021 regulation.
All guests will be requested to provide details adult’s passport or ID and same for children from age 14 year to SES ADMIN
When you booked you will receive an email from SES ADMIN where you will be requested to fill in all needed information based on Valencian regulations, preferably done upon confirmed booking and latest two weeks prior arrival.
It shall be noted if not provided requested information will result in our inability to provide the keys to the house (e.g. not grant you access) and payment will not be refunded.

The damage/security deposit of 1000€ and can only be charged after your departure when it has been ensured that you left the property in a good and clean condition and nothing in the house have been altered/damaged or missing.
(Note! deposit will not be charged in advance).
Payment schedule:
Initial deposit: 50% of the total cost to be paid upon booking. Remaining balance is due 8 weeks prior arrival to the house.
High season July & August
Changeover days are Saturdays. If you have any other request (max 10 days/nights), please don´t hesitate to ask us as we will try to accommodate any request.

About the host

We are a family of three, two adults and one son, living in the southern parts of Sweden but try to go to Denia as often as possible.
Why they chose this property
The townhouse is our second home, and we try to go here as often as possible. The location of a with short walking distances to basically everything you would need at the same time be in a quiet area is a great advantage. Especially the privacy in the private garden yet only being 30 meters away from the community pool area is something we really love with the house.
For us who is an active family, Denia gives us all you can wish for, and the areas variety made it easy for us to decide us to have our second home in Denia Spain.

The house is well maintained, comfortable and very well-equipped to make your holiday stay very pleasant.

In Denia you can relax on sandy beaches, eat at excellent restaurants, as well as the plenty of things to keep one entertained. All within short walking distance from our property.
