Ideally located on the 6th floor side balcony south, exceptional view of Mont Blanc, 5 minutes walk from the cable Agulhas noon (access to the famous Vallée Blanche), at the foot of the free shuttle service residence to the slopes Chamonix (5 to 15 minutes), underground parking access on request.
3 night minimum.


Apartment with a separate bedroom and living room (double bed in the room) pullout beds in the lounge, fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine (bring your Nespresso cartridges) induction hob, dining bathroom with bathtub, hairdryer and separate toilet, wifi included.

Lovely apartment Chamonix Sud

Lovely Apartment located in the apartment complex at Chamonix Sud. Location perfect for travel up and down the Chamonix valley via the free winter buses, couldn't have been easier. Property has a ski locker in the basement and lifts to the apartment. Plenty of stocked items for your stay in the apartment and a very close/local Spar for shopping (and a lovely Ski shop downstairs!). Just me in the apartment and it worked perfectly for me. . Stunning views from the apartment. Definitely consider staying again.

Apartamento bien ubicado ideal para una pareja

El apartamento es ideal para un par de personas aunque pueden alojarse cuatro un poco apretadas. La limpieza nos pareció muy deficiente con migas y pelos en el colchón, manchas extrañas en el sofá, el suelo un poco pegajoso, el menaje de la cocina muy sucio (tuvimos que lavar previamente todo en el lavavajillas antes de utilizarlo), el lavavajillas con restos de comida, paredes sucias... Tuvimos que ponernos a adecentarlo tras 14 horas de viaje en coche. Inaceptable cuando pagas una tasa de limpieza. Además el horno microondas no funcionaba y aunque lo comunicamos nada mas llegar y nos dijeron que lo cambiarían en realidad no fue así. Tuvimos que conformarnos con los fuegos de la cocina lo que limitó mucho nuestras opciones. Cuando volvamos buscaremos otra alternativa.

Great apartment in the middle of Chamonix

The apartment easily accommodated 2 people. The kitchen was very well equipped. The beds were very comfortable. It had everything you needed. The WIFI was very good. And the best was the balcony looking out to Mont Blanc - it was magnificent! The host was excellent, great at communication and very helpful. I highly recommend and would stay there again.

Amazing location and perfect size for a weekend away!

The apartment was right outside a big bus stop which meant it was very well connected. Muriel was a very accommodating host and the communication was excellent. We had an amazing stay!

Great Location, Well stocked, decently comfortable

Great location right across from Chamonix Sud bus station. Full size bed, pull out twin bed under couch, and possible to sleep on couch as well. I wouldn't really want more than 3 people staying here, but 4 would be possible. Ski storage lockers downstairs are convenient. Not particularly fancy, but plenty comfortable and slightly more spacious than other similar apartments.

À proximité de tous, une peu bruyante cause, travaux et route passante. Mais comme nous étions toujours partie de bonne heure cela aller. Il faut penser à faire le passe hôte à l'office du tourisme pour avoir le droit aux transports gratuits. très bien de bonne vacance.

Agréable séjour

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour de 2 semaines à Chamonix dans cet appartement bien rénové. L'immeuble est situé face aux bus et la gare (10min à pied) ce qui fait que nous n'avons pas eu besoin d'utiliser notre voiture pendant tout le séjour.

Fantastique location

Super appartement, tres compact et fonctionnel. Lit super confortable! Nous sommes restés 5 semaines a 2, avec 2 amis qui nous ont rejoints pour un weekend sur le canapé lit. Petit pour 4 adultes mais parfait pour 2! Vue splendide et emplacement parfait a 1 minute de la telecabine des aiguilles du midi et son café, 2 minutes du petit supermarché casino et boulangerie, et 5 minutes a pieds du centre-ville. Calme malgré la proximité de la route, et les appartements sont tres bien isolés et nous n'avons entendu aucun voisin durant toute la durée du séjour. Parking gratuit en face (gratuit en juillet 2013 mais sans garantie pour la suite). La cuisine suffit pour preparer de petits repas et est tres bien équipée. Le personnel de la résidence est extremement serviable pour des petits dépannages. Nous espérons revenir tres bientot pour un autre long séjour!

Appartement super, bien équipée très propre très fonctionnel très agréable Immeuble propre et bien entretenu Proche du centre de chamonix et de toutes commodités Nous étions 2 adultes et 2 enfants mais l' appartement offre assez d'espace pour 4 Je recommande cet appartement pour un séjour à chamonix en plus le prix est vraiment très raisonnable La propriétaire est très serviable ainsi que la personne qui nous accueille sur place Nous avons été vraiment très très ravi de ce séjour nous gardons l adresse!!
