We suggest a stroll along Avenida dos Aliados, some shopping on Rua das Flores, and to end your day beautifully, a dinner in Ribeira with a breathtaking view of the Douro River and Gaia’s riverfront!

You can also take the opportunity to visit the beaches of Foz do Douro, just 7 km away.

The key collection is done at our Welcome Center - Rua de Fernandes Tomás 471, Porto - where you can meet our staff!

There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fine of €200 will be applied.

If you would like a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the check-out time, without prior authorization, a fee of €200 per hour will be charged.

In case of key loss, a replacement fee will be charged (price upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team to open the door, a €40 fee will apply after 7 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (requiring technical intervention), the cost will be provided upon request.

To make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourist tax has been implemented.
The amount of €2.00 is included in the stay price and applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person, per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights.

For bookings of 28 nights or more, there is a utility cost limit (water, electricity, and internet/TV package) of €150. If this amount is exceeded, the guest will be responsible for the extra charges.

The tenant is required to allow entry to a staff member for property inspections whenever requested by the host. Monthly visits are expected for this purpose.

You can also enjoy a delicious breakfast, which can be delivered to your apartment every morning upon request (price upon request).

Important notice: Construction work is taking place near the apartment, causing noise between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control, but it may affect our guests' stay. As such, we follow a policy of transparency to ensure our guests' expectations are properly met. It is our mission to make sure that Liiiving is easy!
