Centrally located in the middle of Orust, this lovely house is located in its own lush oasis, in summer surrounded by flowers and plantations. Here you can breathe fresh air, feel calm and bring harmony in both body and soul. The house is located high on a hill with lovely views to several directions that you can enjoy both from inside the house and from the yard. Upstairs: Entrance with hall led into a large open kitchen with dining area and nice living room with wood burning stove and TV. From the hall you can also reach a fresh bathroom with shower, washing machine, toilet and sink. Through the hall you can reach the 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed. There is also a common room for playing with sleeping places in a bunk bed (90/120cm). Via balcony door you can get out of here onto the large and lovely patio with outdoor furniture. Downstairs: There is another bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. A sleeping area with a single bed (90cm) that is shielded with drapery. Here the children like to cuddle, read books or lie and rest for a while. Downstairs there are two more bedrooms each with a double bed (160cm and 140cm respectively). It features a large and airy combined living room with a full kitchen. So there are 2 fully equipped kitchens in the house that you can use. The house is ideal for 2 families. The door on the stairs can be closed if you want to be for themselves for a while on each floor. The lower floor also has its own entrance if you want separated entrances to the house. In total there are 11 regular beds + 1 extra that can sleep together in the bunk bed in the living room. Out in the yard there are large areas to move on if you have running in your legs or have a small bike with you. There are five standardbikes you can borrow. There are also inviting patios for cosy barbecues and outdoor dinners. Outdoor furniture is available in different directions both up, down and on the patio which is secluded for inspection. A barbecue area overlooking the apple grove is located at the edge of the forest with nice benches around, where many cozy evenings will be spent. In the meadows next to the house you often see deer and sometimes the occasional moose. The enticing forest invites you to activities where children can play freely, discover on their own and there is also the opportunity to pick seasonal berries and mushrooms. Nearby there are many nice bike paths to discover. The owners take care of and keep order in allotments and in the garden. During your stay they will be on site for care. A little robot takes care of the lawns around it. There is a large space for parking in the well-sized courtyard. Charging for electric cars is available. 2.20 withdrawals. Charging against compensation 2.50 kwh - SEK. Orust has a lot of activities. Rent canoes at Grinsbyvatten or Stocken. Take a trip to the beautiful car-free islands of Gullholmen and Kärringön or a trip to beautiful Mollösund. If you are interested in shopping, you must not miss a visit to Göksäter with the bargain department store Arvid Eriksson, which is popularly known as "Lilla Ullared" and is about 15 minutes away by car. A 10-minute walk from the house is the bus stop where you can get on and get all the way to Gothenburg for a ride on Liseberg. Several different bathing areas are 10 to 20 minutes drive away and if you want it is easy to get out for a swim or two. When the afternoon comes and you want coolness and shade, you have many opportunities for relaxation here.
