Your street is surrounded by monuments, cafés, bars, and restaurants. The tourist attractions are numerous, so you should plan your days carefully to make sure you don’t miss anything.

We recommend a stroll along Avenida dos Aliados, some shopping on Rua das Flores, and to end your day beautifully, a dinner at Ribeira with a view of the Douro River and Gaia’s waterfront!

Getting Around:

Other Things to Note:
Key collection takes place at our **Welcome Center** – at **Rua de Fernandes Tomás 471, Porto**, where you can meet our staff!

To make Porto even more attractive, the **municipal tourist tax** has come into effect. The fee of **€2.00**, included in the total stay price, applies to guests over **13 years old**. It is charged per person, per night, for a **maximum of 7 nights**.

If you wish for a **late check-out**, please contact our team to check availability. After the check-out time, an **unauthorized late check-out will incur a fee of €200 per hour**.

There is a **zero-tolerance policy for smoking** on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a **minimum fine of €200** will be applied.

In case of **lost keys**, a replacement fee will be charged (upon request). If you **leave the keys inside the apartment** and need our team to open the door, there is a fee of **€40 after 7:00 PM**. If the **key is left in the door lock**, requiring technical intervention, the cost will be provided upon request.

For reservations of **28 nights or more**, there is a **utility cap of €150** for **water, electricity, and the internet/TV package**. Any excess usage beyond this amount will be charged to the guest.

The tenant agrees to allow the **host’s staff to enter the property** when requested for an inspection. **Monthly visits** are expected for this purpose.

We offer a **transfer service** that will take you directly to the apartment! Just let us know in advance (price upon request).

You can also enjoy a **delicious breakfast**, delivered every morning to your apartment upon request (price upon request).

**Important note:** Construction work is taking place near the apartment, causing noise between **8:00 AM and 7:00 PM**. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control and may affect our guests' stay. We are committed to **transparency**, ensuring that our guests’ expectations are properly met. **Our mission is to make sure Liiiving is easy!**
