The Space:
You will have at your disposal a bright duplex apartment with two bedrooms, featuring a living room with a chaise longue sofa that can be converted into a sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, cable channels, and WiFi. It includes three bathrooms (a guest bathroom on the lower floor and a full bathroom in each bedroom on the upper floor) and a fully equipped kitchenette with a dining table.

Your street is surrounded by monuments, cafés, bars, and restaurants. With so many tourist attractions, we recommend planning your days carefully to make sure you don’t miss anything.

We suggest a stroll along Avenida dos Aliados, some shopping on Rua das Flores, and to end your day beautifully, a dinner at Ribeira with a stunning view of the Douro River and the Gaia waterfront!

You can also take the opportunity to visit the beaches of Foz do Douro, just 7 km away.

Getting Around:
You can request our transfer service whenever needed (price upon request).

You also have access to a wide public transport network.

Other Things to Note:
Key collection is done at our Welcome Center – located at Rua de Fernandes Tomás 471, Porto – where you can meet our staff!

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be applied for smoking.

If you wish for a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the check-out time, without prior authorization, a fee of 200€ per hour will be charged.

If you lose the key, a replacement cost will be charged (price upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team’s assistance to open the door, there will be a charge of 40€ after 7 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (requiring technical intervention) – price upon request.

To make Porto even more attractive, a municipal tourist tax has been implemented.
The amount of €2.00 is included in the accommodation fee and applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person, per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights.

For reservations of 28 nights or more, there is a limit on water, electricity, and internet/TV expenses of 190€. If this amount is exceeded, the extra cost will be covered by the guest.

The tenant is required to allow access to a staff member for property inspections whenever requested by the host. Monthly visits are expected for this purpose.

We offer a transfer service that will take you to the apartment! You only need to request it (price upon request).

You can also enjoy a delicious breakfast delivered to your apartment every morning upon request (price upon request).

**Important Note:** There are ongoing construction works near the apartment, causing noise between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control and may impact our guests’ stay. As such, we follow a policy of transparency to ensure that our guests’ expectations are properly met. It is our mission to guarantee that Liiiving is easy!
