Experience - The Area...Rosemary Cottage is a former quarryman's cottage built in the 19th century which provides cosy and comfortable accommodation for four guests.  One of a few cottages set around a pleasant courtyard, the cottages are adjacent to the Quarryman Pub and Restaurant so perfect for a convenient drink and a meal. Rosemary Cottage is set in beautiful countryside with the Camel Trail and estuary at the end of the lane and only a short drive from several sandy surfing beaches and spectacular coastline. It is beautiful secret gem with surrounding countryside but only minutes from a town. A perfect base to explore North Cornwall. The gorgeous beaches at Harlyn and Porthcothan are just a twenty minute drive away with the world renowned Fistral beach in Newquay thirty minutes away.Stay - The Accommodation...Entering the cottage from the courtyard you will find a light, airy and well equipped kitchen/diner. Just off the kitchen is the cosy living room with feature fireplace and wood burner for added warmth and comfort.  A door leads out from the living room onto the communal grass areas which overlook neighbouring fields and countryside. A reasonably steep and narrow carpeted staircase leads up to the first floor from the kitchen/diner.Upstairs you will find the two carpeted bedrooms which comprise of a double bedroom with television to the back and twin bedroom to the front. Both bedrooms have ample hanging and drawer space. A family bathroom WC with bath, overhead electric shower and basin completes the accommodation layout. Rural secluded Cosy cottage

Lovely small cottage in a rural location. Traditionally presented. The property managers were very helpful. I chose the cottage based on a few ‘must haves’ which included WiFi for work purposes. Unfortunately the Wifi was very poor far too weak to use even for just one phone never mind a laptop. A few home comforts could be improved and the shower was adequate I’m guessing it has a low water pressure in the cottage but that’s being a bit nitpicking. Overall a pleasant visit.
