Villa near the sea in Santa Margherita di Pula

Bilevel house consisting of two almost independent units, 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms and two large verandas. A 3 minute walk to the beautiful Abamar beach.
Located in the very nice and quiet condominium La Perla Marina, the area is well served and the Market and the commercial area are within walking distance (butcher, fishmonger and some shops) Attention are open until September, from October onwards closed.
Beach bar also open at night for dinner with music and theme nights and the possibility of enjoying the starry nights on the sea (always June-September)
Possibility to rent inflatable boats, pegs and sun beds with umbrella.
The village is located near the beautiful beaches of Chia, Campana, Su Giudeu, Cala Cipolla, Tuerredda, Porto Pino with the beautiful Dunes of the "White Sands", and many others with pristine shores and free from settlements. Possibility of fantastic walks on coasts with very high cliffs and breathtaking views (for example fantastic view from the lighthouse of Capo Spartivento).
The village is located 10 minutes from the lively town of Pula and 15 minutes from the archaeological site of Nora with its Roman ruins and the beautiful lagoon.
Near the beautiful beaches of Chia, Campana, Su Giudeu, Cala Cipolla, Tuerredda, Porto Pino with the beautiful Dunes of the "White Sands", and many others with pristine shorelines. Possibility of fantastic walks on coasts with very high cliffs and breathtaking views.
A 3 'walk to the "Pula Adventure Park" with paths on the trees for children and adults, with an adjoining dining area, open from April to December (from mid-September only on Sundays).
At about 20 'there is also a nice water park, the Blufan, an exceptional attraction for children (open from 1 July to 10 September, see website).

Charming house, but interior a bit worn-out

The house was nice, with a lot of privacy, and located very close to the beach. We loved the smell of the pinetrees. We were with 4 people. I have no idea how more than 4, let alone 10 people, would fit comfortably in the small sized livingroom if you have to spent evenings inside the house (like us, as it was too cold in the evenings to sit outside). The house has a nice atmosphere, but overall it was not very clean and too many things didn’t work properly (e.g. tv, lamp for going upstairs, toilet flush). No microwave as stated in the ad. I know it’s a personal preference, but the mattrass in the master bedroom was way too firm for us. Michela was communicative and friendly and offered to fix all the things that weren’t working.

Molto molto bene

All'interno di un quartiere residenziale di villette, la casa si trova a circa 200m dalla spiaggia e a pochi minuti di auto dalle splendide spiagge di chia e Tuerredda. La villa è strutturata su 2 piani, con scala esterna per salire al piano superiore. Adatta a due famiglie numerose o a gruppo di amici. Il punto forte è l'esterno con una grossa tavolata sotto una veranda, e un bel giardino. Bene anche gli interni, si trova tutto il necessario per un piacevole soggiorno. La doccia esterna molto funzionale, perché bagni sono un pò piccoli, anche se purtroppo solo acqua fredda; magari ad agosto non è un problema, in ottobre un pò di più. Michela è un host disponibile e gentile.

Bella vacanza mare e tranquillità

Contesto carino, casa funzionale, proprietaria super disponibile. Unico neo cavo TV non funzionante e box doccia piccolo piano terra. Apporterei dei miglioramenti agli arredi (qualità dei letti). Peccato che alcuni piccoli di servizio vicini (macelleria, pescheria e pizzeria) fossero chiusi e per passare in centro e trovare "vita" per qualche serata bisogna spostarsi con auto e fare kilometri.... Grazie comunque di tutto.

Wir sind mit 10 Personen angereist. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Es stehen auf dem Grundstück reichlich Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Es gibt zwei Außenduschen, und auch Strand Utensilien stehen zur Verfügung. Die Lage ist super und die Anlage sehr gepflegt. Zum Strand sind es zwei Minuten zu Fuß und der Strand ist einfach super.

Très bien placé

La maison est vraiment à 2mn à pied de la plage, toute proche en voiture de Pula, petite ville très sympathique ! Proche des commerces. Juste un petit bémol sur la cuisine très petite et la vaisselle pas adapté pour 11 si on aime cuisiner. Merci à la propriétaire pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité par téléphone.

Trés bon séjour

Maison agréable pour lé début du mois de mai. Organisation parfaite de Michela. Les commerces à 300m étaient fermés mais pas de problèmes pour se ravitailler avec une voiture à Pula.

Casa spaziosa a due passi dal mare

La casa é divisa in due unità:piano terra con cucinino con zona pranzo,camera matrimoniale e camera tripla con bagno (piccolo,ma c'è tutto) e piano primo con camera matrimoniale e camera tripla e bagno spazioso... Noi abbiamo soggiornato in due famiglie con tre bambini in tutto,nella parte posteriore della casa c'è una super Pergola con tavolata con 15 posti,cucinino esterno e lavandino,due docce esterne di cui una chiusa e barbecue che abbiamo usato 3 volte in due settimane per cena di pesce e carne. Michela,la proprietaria, gentilissima e disponibile ci ha fornito lenzuola e asciugamani e tappeti...la spiaggia libera e attrezzata é a 5 minuti a piedi,market e pescheria e macelleria pure e 3 ristoranti sulla spiaggia...il mare é meraviglioso e a 10-15 minuti ci sono spiagge come chia,sa colonia,cala cipolla, tueredda che sono paradisi terrestri. La casa ha tutto, qualcosa magari da migliorare tipo scarico bagni e doccia esterna ma per il resto tutto top. Ci torneremo sicuramente

Una piacevole sorpresa!

Abbiamo soggiornato a Santa Margherita di Pula nelle 2 settimane centrali di agosto, temevamo il delirio sulle spiagge, il traffico, il servizio poco accurato dato il periodo “caldo”... abbiamo avuto una piacevole sorpresa! Michela e’ stata molto disponibile, anche nelle situazioni di emergenza si e prodigata per rendere il nostro soggiorno il più piacevole possibile, la casa si trova VERAMENTE vicino al mare, e che mare! E’ dotata di tutto il necessario per 2 famiglie. Il complesso di villette e’ riparato da una bella pineta, strade pulite e sicure anche per i bambini. La zona non è particolarmente turistica (anche se stupenda dal punto di vista naturale, che era quello che ci interessava!)quindi le spiagge erano più che vivibili. Che dire: ottima esperienza!

Bellissima casa a due passi dal mare

La casa è in una zona molto comoda per raggiungere molte spiagge della zona. Il mare raggiungibile è a piedi. Vicino alla casa sempre a piedi si trova un comodo market dove si trova tutto il necessario. Soggiorno molto piacevole e proprietaria gentilissima.

Es war einfach alles top. Die Vermieterin ist super sympathisch. Das Objekt ist super und bietet genug Privatsphäre für alle Personen. Der Strand ist wirklich nur einen Katzensprung entfernt und die Wohnanlage in dem es lieht ist sehr gepflegt. Einfach top. 5 Sterne

Nice, cosy house close to the sea

Michela waited for us long in the night, because we landed late in Cagliari. It was not easy to find the place, because the car navigation, as well as google maps, showed wrong place. Michela finally came to us to show us the right way :) We -- two families (2+2 and 2+3) -- were there for over one week. The house is well equipped in a good style, well prepared for a hot season (the garden and the house itself are mostly in the shadow). The kitchen (with the fridge) is only downstairs, but the stove is also outdoors. The basic stuff for cooking is provided (e.g., salt, olive oil, oregano, coffee, sugar, etc.). The sea is very close. We had cars and with the car the location is very good. There are some public buses as well, so if one wants to stay mostly at one place it is probably also not a bad choice. Overall, Michela was a good host and I strongly recommend staying at her house.
