The modern residence is situated along ‘Sant\' Agata’ in Ossuccio, placing guests 3 minutes’ drive from medieval bell tower, authentic eateries, scenic lakeside Lido and the Greenway del Lago walking route of Ossuccio. The UNESCO world heritage site of Sacro Monte di Ossuccio is 4 minutes’ drive away. The resort village amenities and famous Villa Balbianello attraction of Lenno can be reached in 5 minutes by car. The popular Tremezzina shore, Villa Carlotta, car and passenger ferry stop in Cadenabbia and Menaggio resort town are all within easy reach by car or bus, 9-17 minutes’ away.
