Schöne Wohnung - schlechte Kommunikation

Die Wohnung ist wirklich schön und sehr vollständig ausgestattet, auch die Lage ist gut (nah zu Bahnhof und Innenstadt, Parkplatz 10 m entfertn) ABER: Auch wenn die Gastgeberin freundlich zu sein scheint, war die Kommunikation eine Katastrophe. Sie hat auf keine einzige der Nachrichten, die wir über Fewo-Direkt geschrieben haben, geantwortet. Durch die automatische Antwort von Fewo-direkt gingen wir davon aus, dass 3 Tage vor Anreise, da schon etwas kommen würde. Dem war leider nicht so. Also standen wir zunächst vor einer verschlossenen Tür ohne Namen, Informationen o.ä. Da gerieten wir kurzzeitig in Panik, zumal auch kein Nachbar o.ä. Bescheid wusste. Als letzten Versuch haben wir dann doch einmal die App installiert und dort ihre Telefonnummer gefunden. Kein Wort Englisch, aber dank SMS und Google-Translater haben wir dann doch den Schlüssel finden können. Das hat wirklich Nerven gekostet. Informationen zum Check-Out haben wir übrigens auch nicht bekommen.
