Farmhouse in a Hamlet in the heart of Tuscany

The house is one of 13 premium properties just re-built over the foundation around an old and historic Hamlet or 'Borgo' Case Bardi inspired by Tuscany's traditional sense of style. Case Bardi lies over an hill of 30 hectares with a magnificent view of the surrounding countryside.
The farmhouse , with nacked stone, has an overall surface of 165 sqmts on two floors and a tavern.The ground floor includes a living-room, kitchen and a large portico bordering two sided of the house. On the first floor there are two bedrooms each with its own bathroom. On the tavern there is a large bedroom, a second living-room and bathroom. There is a large private garden with independent access.
Following the Tuscan tradition the house has terracotta floor,chestnut-wood,panelled and beamed ceilings,wooden doors and windows frames.


Case Bardi covers 30 hectares in an area famous for its production of the DOC (certified denomination of origin) 'Morellino' wine, about 20 minutes from Saturnia and 30 minutes from Capalbio, Argentario ,Talamone and its beaches.
Ideal location to visit Siena, Pisa and Florence.

Holiday home on a complex of 20 appartments, mostly owned and 4 rented. Poor communication upon arrival and after. Hot bedrooms on first floor and no airco and no curtains. Nice swimming pool and scenery

Alles sehr schön. Das Haus liegt in einer kleinen Ferienanlage die sehr schön und liebevoll gestaltet ist. Zudem sehr ruhig. Zugang zum Pool sehr nah. Die Gegend ist typische Toskana mit herrlichen Essen und ursprünglicher Lebensart.

This is a stunning Tuscany villa with a pool
We recommend to you this is a place you have to share with your loved one. The location of it is set in a vast, rolling hills of beautiful flowers and landscapes, with complete facilities and fully furnished. It even has people on site helping you with everything. The place is also close to all those villages and larger towns with beautiful old town centres, it is nice to stroll and admire the old buildings. The centres are made up of narrow streets lined with many shops and cafes. In these cobbled streets one can spend hours exploring Tuscany and it’s treasures.

Wonderful experience
Borgo Case Bardi is a beautiful place, much better in reality than on photos. The interior decoration of the house is confortable for six persons and very nice to live. Many places to see around and the sea is very close to reach. I recommend this accomodation to relax and enjoy foods and nature. Stephanie

Wonderful summer
I spent a wonderful summer in Case bardi. The place is gorgeous,everything is clean and tidy and the house is cozy and very confortable. The neighboring villages are very beautiful and very interesting places to visit :Pitigliano, the port of talamone, Sovana, Capalbio and we went to Siena in about 1 h driving.. I hope to come back again this summer to enjoy again this wonderful experience
