Villa Praca is a modern five bedroom villa located in Vale do Lobo in the heart of the Algarve. This is one of the best located villas within the Vale do Lobo resort with direct access to Vale do Lobo beach and few minutes walk from the Praca. The villa enjoys some spectacular views over the resort and sea. It benefits from a private swimming pool, wireless internet, cable TV, barbeque, air-conditioning and roof terrace.

The villa is built over two levels. The entrance leads to the living room with plenty of comfortable seating, dining area, cable TV and doors leading to a large terrace with fabulous views. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher. There is one bedroom on this floor with en-suite bathroom.

The remaining four bedrooms are on the lower level of the villa. Each bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom.

Outside the private swimming pool is surrounded by terraces with sea and golf views (pool can be heated against an extra charge). There is a large south west terrace for dining or sun bathing. The pool area gives access to Vale do Lobo beach.
