Nice Ibicenco apartment recently painted and decorated, very well equipped. Located 250 mtrs from Cala Vadella, 5 minutes walk. It has terraces with mountain views, two bedrooms and two bathrooms,
In the urbanization we have a communal pool, normally open, from May 15 to October 15.(these dates may vary)
Cala Vadella, 20 minutes from the city of Ibiza, and 15 minutes from Ibiza Airport. It is a beach of crystalline waters and fine sand in which there are different services such as: supermarket, fashion stores, restaurants, chillouts, paddle surfing, diving school ... etc.

Its sunsets and incredible views, both the sea and the mountains, surrounded by pine trees, make this beach an ideal place to spend a holiday or rest. It is close to the most beautiful bays of Ibiza, such as Cala D´Hort, Cala Comte, Cala Carbo and Cala Tarida.
We have free WIFI in the apartment.

Pleasant stay in a beautiful house on a fantastic location

In June we (3 adults) stayed in this house for a week. It is exactly as shown on the pictures, a cosy accommodation with a view on a small forest and within 250 metres from the beach. If it had been possible, we would have added another week. 😁

Mooi appartement!

Zoals de andere reviews aangeven een mooi en fijn appartement. Ondanks dat we 2 mindere( regen) dagen gehad hebben was het verblijf heerlijk. 5 minuten lopen tot aan het strand. Alles is aanwezig, alleen de tv deed het niet maar die hebben niet gemist!

Schöne Ferienwohnung in Cala Vedella

Wir haben die Tage hier sehr genossen. Leider hatten wir Pech mit dem Wetter und viel Sturm und Regen. Da wird es schnell mal ungemütlich in den feuchten, unbeheizten Räumen. Aber es gab genügend Decken, die Lage ist super, das Apartment toll ausgestattet.

Het was een heel gezellige plek, waarbij alle comfort. Met zicht op groen en de bergen. Toch, ook vlakbij het strand. Een echte aanrader om te logeren.

Pink place!

The apartment is well-equipped, comfortable, with a beautiful balcony and scenic view. It’s actually more spacious than in the photos, with comfy beds, good-sized bathrooms and in a quiet area - it’s just a short (5min) walk to the beach and a good selection of cafes and restaurants. We would definitely return to this area and stay in the apartment again.

Awesome appartment

Great traditional Ibiza styling (unless you don’t like pink), awesome terrace with comfortable sofas, covered with a nice roof. Spacious appartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, all equipment you need is present (big smart TV and blazing fast WIFI.

Perfect location

Short 4min walk to Cala Vadella beach (steep hill back up so only advisable if fit and mobile), lovely quiet terrace with beautiful views of the countryside. Can also do a bit of a hike (45min) to Cala Carbo which is a much quieter pebble beach. Coffee machine was a real perk.

Great Time

We really enjoyed it. Really everything was present in the apartment. Nice contact with the landlord and very friendly and helpful. 5 minutes walk to the beach. 100 meters to the shared swimming pool. Highly recommended to enjoy the sun for a week

Geweldig appartement

Fantastisch appartement, voorzien van alle comfort, ruim voor gezin met 2 kinderen. Ideale ligging, op wandelafstand van Cala Vadella. De rest van het eiland goed te bereiken met huurauto. Een aanrader voor een vakantie in Ibiza!!

Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine chez Juan Luis. L’appartement est situé dans une rue très calme. La terrasse avec sa vue dégagée sur les collines est vraiment appréciable et la piscine de la résidence avec son bar est un vrai plus. Toute la famille était ravie 😁

Hemos estado unos días en noviembre, el sitio es encantador, cuidado al máximo detalle. La zona tranquila y llena de vegetación. Al lado de la playa. Todo nuevo, camas grandes y cómodas! Una cucada Juan Luis nos ha atendido muy bien.

Environnement et rapport qualité/prix excellent

Prix et cadre plus intéressant que dans des logements en immeuble. 2 chambres et 2 sdb en plus du séjour idéal pour des familles. Située dans la nature et proche des belles plages du sud de l'ile. A recommander.
