Das Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und zentral gelegen. Man kann alles gut zu Fuß erreichen. Die Stadt hat viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und es war sehr eindrucksvoll, den spanischen Alltag und die reichhaltige Küche zu erleben. Die Wohnung war leicht zu finden und die Übergabe hat problemlos geklappt. Beatriz hat uns noch mit Infomaterial versorgt und hat bei einem Problem sofort geholfen. Es war ein sehr schönes Erlebnis.

Geweldige accomodatie

Supermooi appartement middenin het centrum van de stad gelegen in een winkelstraat vlakbij het centrale plein van Sanlúcar. Van alle gemakken voorzien en een heerlijk zonnig balkon/dakterras. Ondanks de ligging toch heerlijk rustig. En het strand is op loopafstand. Een bodega bezoek is een must. Minpuntje: er is een parkeergarage maar als je auto wat groot is kan je 'm daarin niet kwijt. En helaas was het zwembad niet geopend wat gezien de temperatuur jammer was. Beatriz is een fijne gastvrouw. Een aanrader dus.

Buena Opción

A destacar la eficacia del aire acondicionado global en todas las estancias. La disponibilidad de una plaza de garaje es también muy apreciada dada la centralidad del apartamento que a su vez es también un punto positivo. La dotación del apartamento es adecuada. En fin una estancia agradable. Solo una apreciación personal, el precio me ha parecido un poco elevado.

Touring Spain by car

We used the apartment as a base to explore a region we haven’t visited before and was not disapointed. The property is in a great location with everything you need on your doorstep The outside space has the sun on it all afternoon into the early evening, whilst there we enjoyed watching a pair of storks on their rooftop nest There are a huge choice of restaurants and bars to pick from in the evenings and great value too

Schönes Städtchen in fußläufiger Strandnähe

Wir verbrachten eine Woche in diesem Apartment. Alles war sauber und aufgeräumt. Bis auf Öl und Gewürze war alles da, was man braucht. Sogar ein Sonnenschirm, Strandstühle, Sandspielzeug. Alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber gut brauchbar. Ansonsten ist das Apartment modern eingerichtet. Waschmaschine sauber, Geschirrspüler auch, Dolce Gusto Kaffeemaschine ebenfalls. Direkt mitten im Städtchen, aber in der 3. Etage einer Seitenstraße sehr ruhig. Der Pool war für uns leider nicht zu nutzen, da wir nur bis zum 15. Juni dort gebucht hatten und dieser erst ab dem 15. Juni geöffnet wird. Trotz Temperaturen über 35 Grad war da leider nichts zu machen. Das störte uns allerdings nicht, denn der Strand war recht nah und auch mit dem Auto waren wir in 10-20 Minuten an anderen schönen Stränden. Beatriz konnte man bei Problemen unkompliziert sofort erreichen. Sie ist sehr freundlich und hat sich sofort um alles gekümmert. Ein toller Aufenthalt! Danke!

Estancia perfecta en Sanlúcar

El apartamento está muy céntrico, al lado de la plaza del Cabildo y con parking en el mismo edificio, algo imprescindible porque en el centro de Sanlúcar es imposible aparcar. Las fotos son 100% reales, la terraza perfecta, es bastante grande. La comunicación con Beatriz también fue excelente.

Piso céntrico, cómodo y limpio

Muy buena opción para visitar Sanlucar pues está en el mismo centro y encima con aparcamiento. Tiene todo lo que puedes necesitar de enseres de cocina, secador de pelo, tendedero, etc. Buena relación calidad-precio. Lo recomiendo sin duda. Muy buena elección. La chica que lo gestiona muy agradable y todo facilidades.

Magnifico alojamiento.

Mi opinión es muy favorable. El alojamiento está muy bien situado, en pleno centro de Sanlúcar. El apartamento tiene un tamaño muy bueno, y pudimos disfrutar de la magnifica terraza. La propietaria fue encantadora y muy amable, todo fueron facilidades.

Such a good location

This was our third stay in this property. We chose it because of its great location. You can walk to restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, the beach/river... It's a lively town, despite Covid, there is still a bustling atmosphere and there are plenty of places to eat out.

Apartamento muy céntrico y limpio, con una terraza muy amplia y cómoda para la estancia. La piscina está genial y no muy concurrida. En general, un alojamiento muy recomendable para pasar unos días en Sanlúcar.

Great location, great host, lovely flat - shame about the wifi!

Everything exactly as described. Great location, right in the city centre but still not noisy. Walking distance to the beach is about 10-15 minutes, not a problem. The main square is about 2 minutes away. The flat is lovely, just as it looks in the picture. The terrace is great. The host had an irrigation system set up to water the plants. It did make the terrace wet at times, which meant we didn't really like leaving the kids out there. Super small thing. The only other negative was the wifi. Didn't always work, was super-slow, and when it stopped working, the only way to reset the router was to turn off and then on all of the electricity to the flat. No ideal! One thing to note - the parking is underground with a direct lift to the flat - this is great. But if you have a large car and/or you are nervous about manoeuvring in tight spaces, this is not the car park for you!

Fantastic location, super little apartment

This was our second stay in this apartment, which is a recommendation in itself! The location is fantastic. You can walk to all the key areas of Sanlúcar. Although you are right in the centre, the terrace overlooks a pedestrian street, and is three levels up (there is a lift if you need one!), so you only hear the hum of people chatting from a distance. It's really quite peaceful. Even in February we sat on the terrace in the afternoons, enjoying the sunshine. The kitchen has sufficient equipment to cook if you want to, but there are numerous cafés and restaurants close by if you don't want to. The main bedroom has a comfortable bed and there is good storage space with plenty of hangers. The air conditioning also works as heating in the cooler months.
