The villa is built over two levels and is contemporary in style. On the ground floor there is a double height entrance leading to the spacious living room with plenty of comfortable seating and dining table. Patio doors lead to the pool area. The villa has five bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms are on the ground floor of the villa and two have an en-suite bathroom. The remaining two bedrooms are on the lower level of the villa with double beds and en-suite bathrooms.


The lower level of the villa has a games and cinema room with pool table. The laundry room is also located here.
