Fantastic new single house with garden amazing sea view, quiet and peacefull

Small house with a fantastic view, wooden floor, really sunny, all build with ecologic mind. It's ideal for a couple or small family or friends, max 4 people. It's a really big room with a kitchen corner, a sofa bed, a double bed, a really beautiful bathroom, a terrace and a garden.
The area is quiet and green, in the middle of a small village 4 km from the sea.
You can use a washing machine, an electric grill, sports items.
The area is quiet and at 200 mts distance you can find a butchery, a food shop, a pizzeria and 1 bar. There is a path that goes up to the mountains just at the entrance. You can also find places to climb, go to he sea, visit medieval villages. Plenty of things to do and or relax you can't find a better place.

Das Haus liegt sehr gut und hat eine herrliche Aussicht
Das Haus ist genau wie beschrieben.Es ist hell,sauber und hat einen schönen Blick auf das Meer. Es liegt zentral für Ausflüge. Die Ausstattung könnte etwas besser sein.( Teekanne, Wasserkocher) Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Ein traumhafter Urlaub in einer fantastischen Unterkunft
Wir haben in Danielas Unterkunft einen 1 einhalb-wöchigen Urlaub zu zweit verbracht. Die Kommunikation mit Daniela war zu jedem Zeitpunkt problemlos und schnell - sie spricht sehr gutes Englisch und war stets zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und total nett. Die Unterkunft hat uns wirklich umgehauen - man hat einen atemberaubenden Ausblick auf das Mittelmeer. Zudem bin ich von Natur aus eher ein pingeliger Mensch was Sauberkeit anbelangt, gerade bei Ferienwohnungen muss man spätestens bei diesem Punkt gewöhnlich einige Abstriche machen. Bei dieser Unterkunft war dies jedoch überhaupt nicht der Fall - alles war wirklich top sauber. Wir bedanken uns nochmal für diesen tollen Aufenthalt - wir werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen!

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit fantastischer Aussicht
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Boissano. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr hilfsbereit und gibt auf Wunsch viele Tipps und Anregungen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig am Rand der Ortschaft. Allerdings muss man zu Fuß einen sehr steilen Weg nehmen, da man die Wohnung nicht direkt mit dem Auto anfahren kann.

Very nice house with perfect view to the sea
The location is absolutely nice in a small village in the mountains. It's very quiet and the view to the sea is wonderful. Also the host is very kind and check-in was really easy. Everything we needed was available in the house - there is a lot of kitchen equipment, everything is clean.

Erholsamer Urlaub
Das Apartment ist modern eingerichtet, war sauber und die Lage mit freier Sicht aufs Meer hat die Urlaubsdstmmung noch verstärkt. Gegen Mücken sollte man etwas dabei haben. Die Einheimischen waren super freundlich und haben, auch wenn es mit Englisch nicht ging, alles gegeben um zu helfen. Es ist in Boisanno alles vorhanden, eine super Pizzeria, eine nette kleine Bar und eine Bäckerei. Die Liegen am Strand von Borghetto Santo Spirito sind erschwinglich. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen sicher wieder.

Bei sommerlichen Temperaturen haben wir die Umgebung mit unseren E-MTBs erkundet. Die Lage des Häuschens ist perfekt, tolle Aussicht und sehr ruhig. Wir kommen wieder.

Sweet tiny House in Danielas garden. Everything was clean and comfy. The view is amazing. Daniela helped us with her car to transport our luggage from the parking area to her house. She ist very friendly and helpful

Frühjahr in Boissano
Das kleine Ferienhaus von Daniela war für uns sehr geeignet. Wir konnten von dort aus Wandern, Schwimmen gehen und in das italienische Lebensgefühl eintauchen. Auch das Erkunden der Umgebung war von dort aus sehr gut möglich. Dass das Haus weit oben im Dorf lag war für uns kein Problem, wir haben abends immer den herrlichen Blick aufs Meer genossen.

Aussicht einfach unschlagbar
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei Daniela. Die Aussicht ist wirklich fantastisch und als Abendprogramm besser als Fernseh. Daniela hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und beim Gepäcktransport unterstützt. Obwohl das Häuschen mitten im Garten von Daniela steht fühlten wir uns zu jeder Zeit unter uns. Das Häuschen ist ideal für zwei Personen, mit Kindern würde es etwas eng werden. Küche gibt alles her, was man für ein Frühstück und eine kleine Mahlzeit benötigt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Anwesen liegt steil oben. Mit Gepäck etwas mühsam. Zum Glück sind wir beide körperlich fit.

Perfekt für Paare
Wir waren eine Woche bei Daniela zu Gast. Die Kommunikation mit ihr war per WhatsApp und immer schnell antwortend in sehr gutem Englisch. Am Tag der Ankunft half sie uns unser Gepäck mit ihrem Auto abzuholen, da die Straße zu ihrem Haus sehr schmal ist und man selbst als erfahrener Fahrer Schwierigkeiten hat, dort ohne Schramme um die Ecke zu kommen. (Der nächstgelegene Parkplatz ist aber auch nur 200m entfernt und kostenlos.) Das Apartment liegt sehr schön am fast ganz obersten Punkt von Boissano und bietet einen wunderschönen Blick aufs Mittelmeer. Die Einrichtung ist sehr modern und sauber. Die Küche ist für ein Ferienapartment ausreichend ausgestattet, sodass man auch selber dort kochen kann. Auf der Terrasse kann man abends noch entspannt sitzen, ohne von vielen Mücken geplagt zu werden. Lediglich der Strand am nächsten Badeort Loano lädt nicht zum Baden ein, da die Strandabschnitte dicht mit Liegen bestellt sind. Alles in allem kann man dort sehr gut eine Zeit verweilen und mit einem schönen Meerblick wohnen.

Fantastisch huisje op een prachtige plek
Het huisje bleek nog mooier dan op de foto´s. We hadden een hartelijk welkom door Daniela, die zo vriendelijk was de bagage van de parkeerplaats naar het huisje te rijden. Het huisje is namelijk niet direct met de auto te bereiken, maar er zijn op korte afstand voldoende gratis parkeerplaatsen. Het huisje is klein, maar comfortabel en licht, en met het allermooiste uitzicht. De badkamer is ruim en heeft een fantastische douche. Het terrasje is zo gelegen dat je daar alle privacy hebt. Je kijkt uit over het dorp en de bergen, met op de achtergrond de Ligurische Zee. We gaan er zeker nog een keer naar toe. Tip: haal vooral 's morgens je brood bij de vriendelijke bakker; verser dan daar kun je het niet krijgen.

Ja, was soll man noch schreiben, es wurde ja quasi schon alles in den anderen Bewertungen geschrieben: Es war einfach alles super, Daniela ist super freundlich und das Haus (mit der Veranda und dem Garten) ist einfach richtig gut und schön und modern. Und überhaupt ist die Lage in Boissano top. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Danke auch noch einmal für alles!

Sehr tolle Lage tolle Aussicht,super zum enspannen. Man ist gleich am Meer mit dem Auto. Sehr freundliche Besitzerin. Wir kommen gerne noch einmal wenn sich es ergibt.
