This gorgeous late 19th century Victorian duplex recently under went a complete renovation. Situated on a lovely quiet street directly across from MCLA, it is within walking distance to MASSMoCA and only a short drive to Williams College, The Clark Institute. Nearby you'll also find numerous ski resorts, including Jiminy Peak, Mt Snow, and Ski Butternut among others. This is a new endeavor for us, and we very much look forward to hosting you in our beautiful house.

Great spot

We really enjoyed everything about our stay - spacious, clean and fully equipped kitchen close to downtown. I highly recommend staying here as it checks all of the boxes

Perfect stay in North Adams

We had a very short but wonderful stay here. We came for the weekend to see a concert at Mass MOCA and were pleasantly surprised by how nice the house was (excellent artwork, furniture, etc) and also how easy it was to walk to the art museum and downtown North Adams. We will definitely check for this place the next time we come to North Adams!

A perfect family getaway spot

What a gorgeous historic home! We were very comfortable in this place - comfortable beds, well outfitted kitchen/bathroom, high ceilings and character, good temp. Walkable to great restaurants and shopping. The host was super friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to head back.

Beautiful and Comfortable Home!

What a great place to stay if you are visiting museums or Williams College. Large, comfortable bedrooms and living areas. The kitchen is stocked with items to make any dish better. This home is decorated beautifully and there are two porches with rocking chairs to enjoy. Our hosts were kind and welcoming. I would highly recommend this property!

Clean and convenient!

A few friends went up for alumni weekend and had a blast staying near campus. Super convenient to campus and to the Main St area. Host was communicative and friendly. Place was very clean and decorated beautifully. Will plan to return next visit to town!

Fabulous

This home is so beautiful and welcoming. It is spotless and full of all the things we needed for a cozy stay. The location couldn’t be better for a visit to MassMOCA. The hosts were responsive and helpful- we couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to be.

Perfect for Mass MoCA

Went to North Adams with friends for Fresh Grass. The house is located walking distance to the museum and town and was cozy and charming. It was great not to have to worry about parking at the venue - and to be close enough to go back for a sweater when the day cooled off. The beds were comfortable, the shower had great pressure, and the front porch was a lovely place to sit and have some wine! We were mostly out and about, so we didn't cook or spend much time in the kitchen, but it seemed to have everything you'd need.

Charming Character Duplex

The house was super charming and a treat! The kitchen was fully equipped and easy to navigate. The beds were beautifully made and the house was very organized. The bathrooms were super clean and inviting. The hosts are extremely friendly and easy to communicate with. Excellent property and overall and home away from home stay!

New England style

We felt right at home here. I was delighted to see a cookbook I like very much. We didn’t have time to cook this time around, though look forward to doing that next time. The kitchen setup seemed very complete. It is a very spacious, comfortable 3 bedroom layout with a lovely old New England feel.

November in North Adams

We and our friends were in town for a wedding at Mass MoCA and were happy for this spacious, clean, convenient alternative to the hotels we were offered. Well supplied with everything we needed, comfortable beds, and easy access to town and countryside. We could have easily walked to all the venues, had weather permitted. VERY responsive host!

Perfection!

From the excellent communication to the comfortable and pristine accommodations, this is a trip my family will never forget. The home had everything we could ask for and more! We were able to walk to the graduation ceremony at MCLA. The home is close to everything. The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. If I could give more than five stars, I would! We will definitely be back!

Gregg & Marie are AWESOME host, they made sure you are comfortable.

This property is a short distance from MassMoca. My son had an exhibition here & it was convenient for m, especially since the event was a 3-day event. Place is clean & Marie decorated the place herself. The decor is AMAZING! She also has a shop, which I am sadly didn’t get to visit due to the short time & hectic schedule, but will sure to visit her shop next time.

Nice Spot Next To MCLA

Overall, a great spot to stay while visiting my son at MCLA. There is a well stocked kitchen, fully stocked spice rack that makes cooking away from home easier and a robust tea selection. Overall, it's a very comfortable place to stay. Please note, if you have trouble with stairs, their is a pretty steep staircase to the upstairs bedrooms. Also, I'm not sure why you can't access streaming apps on the TV. That is a very easy fix that needs to be addressed, but otherwise this is a great spot to stay in North Adams and I look forward to staying there again on future trips to the area.

Charming, spacious, sparkling clean, friendly helpful owners.

My husband and I stayed here with our two college-aged children over the Thanksgiving holiday. The kitchen was well equipped and we were able to enjoy cooking together. The dining room is huge and inviting. We loved the long flight of stairs to the second level, the lovely old hardwood floors, and the tall windows. Linens were high-quality and everything was perfect. This house is well-situated, near many colleges and several art museums. We found it convenient to the North Adams YMCA (huge pool, adequate workout equipment) and to a friendly yoga studio downtown. The owners were helpful and instantly responded to questions. Highly recommended.

A trip back in time

All of us loved the spacious historic house! It was recently remodeled with gleaming oak floors, new kitchen and baths that blended with the old, two original cast-iron fireplaces (nonworking), high ceilings, and tall original windows. Outstanding, bigger and better than expected

This was my first VRBO experience and it will be hard to top! All aspects of the process were easy and perfect. The house was beautiful, extremely clean, much roomier than it appears in photos, very comfortable and in a quiet, pretty neighborhood. It was a bonus to have a chance to chat with Gregg. And our local family members were duly impressed. Definitely will come again!

Quaint getaway

Drove to this lovely house from Boston with another couple for a fun one night getaway. Stopped in at centers in West Stockbridge and Great Barrington on way to North Adams. Explored MOCA the following day and stopped in at Lennox center on way back. Home is beautiful, clean and with comfy beds! Nice wood floors and inspiringly decorated. Nice owners and neighborhood.
