Stroll across the front lawn to the beach, walk to Jetty Observatory, Town Centre, Boutique Brewery. Ideally situated as a base to visit wineries, world class surf, dive on HMAS Swan, caves, tours & fine foods from neighbouring Dunsborough, Yallingup, and Margaret River regions. Main bedroom with queen size bed and ensuite. Bedroom 2 has Queen, Bedroom 3 has 2 singles & Bedroom 4 has 2 singles & a double bunk. Enjoy reverse cycle aircon, fully equip kitchen with microwave, fan forced oven and gas hotplates. Television, DVD, stereo and full laundry facilities. Ample parking for cars, boats etc.

Perfect location. Dogs loved it

Right across the road from a calm, dog friendly beach that is never too busy.Beautiful, fully enclosed, grassed backyard (with alfresco dining area), that our dogs love!Easy access to Busselton. Absolutely loved our stay!

Family Time

Our family had a wonderful stay, and the house was perfect. It is is very close to the beach so easy with small kids to walk there in a few minutes.The back yard is huge and well fenced so a safe place for the kids to play. We would certainly book again.

Beach House

Excellent chilled location for a catch up with family and friends! It had everything there we needed for our stay. Directly opposite lovely swimming beach and stones throw to wine region. Look forward to coming back!

We enjoyed our stay. Was a fantastic location for proximity to local activities. The house was super clean and bedding was perfect. Great for families and had a wonderful big backyard for the fur-baby! Would definitely recommend!

Family vacation

We had a lovley stay. Everything was in ease of getting to. The place was very welled equipped with everything we needed at the house. Beds are comfortable and plenty of blankets if needed would highly recommend this place for staying at and will be back when needed for another family vacation.

Great family spot in Busselton

Great spot in Busselton, Nice, clean and tidy house with view. We stayed with the kids and the dog, all you need is there: BBQ, big backyard and beach across the road. Not far from the Jetty. Very accommodating Hosts. Thanks for that great week end.

Fantastic house for groups

Spacious four bedroom, one bathroom & one ensuite. Great outdoor veranda, across the road from the beach and with beach access. An easy 10 min bike ride into Busselton. Very friendly, efficient and accommodating check in-out procedure. Looking forward to staying again.

Busso stay

Really nice place, well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We didn't check if the house had wifi, which in these times you would assume it would. So we were disappointed and inconvenienced ,(as we had a video meeting) to find this wasn't the case. Another thing that would have been convenient would be a self key pickup and drop off. A lockbox would have been great, instead of having to call on arrival and departure. But we enjoyed the house and location. Thanks

Just what we needed- a tidy, spacious, pet friendly house right on the beach! Despite the weather it was fantastic and we still enjoyed every day (cooking on BBQ, walks on the beach, reading the paper and quality time together)

Fantastic Location

The property is in a great location, the kitchen is well equipped and the house has everything you could need. Would be great if it had WiFi as well, but not a huge issue. The check in process had a nice personal touch with Edie but might be simpler with a locked box process or something similar.
