Located in Kremmling, this 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath apartment has a washer and dryer, television with DVD and VHS player, full kitchen and dining area and would be a great "base camp" for all the adventures Grand and Summit counties provide. A walking path is nearby as well as soccer fields and a splash pad. The bedrooms each have a Queen bed and the living area has a two foldout queen couches. No smoking and no pets. You will have neighbors, but have a private side entrance available with a private covered area to relax. There is a large area for parking, ideal for folks pulling trailers of any sort.

Fantastic spot between Steamboat and Winter Park

Place was great! Spacious living room and two cozy bedrooms with comfy beds. Ton of parking and super easy check-in/out processes. Joanna was a fantastic host - quick to respond and even made us cookies! A wonderful stay - thank you!!

A great place

We found our apartment to be clean and comfortable. The outside of the apartment was humble but the inside was a nice surprise. It was centrally located for our purposes. The track and walking trail nearby was an unexpected plus.

Perfect Spot!

We choose this VRBO because we rented a trailer and sleds at Colorado Sled Rental in Kremmling, and drove from here to Rabbit Ears. Perfect VRBO for us, lots of room in unit and lots of parking. Unit included all items needed for our stay. Host was great!

Great rental

We rented this for a place to stay while hunting and were very pleased. This place has everything you need. We really enjoyed our stay here and the interaction with the owners was prompt and friendly. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect for our trip!

The apartment was perfect for our family of 6 for 2 nights. We went rafting which was literally across the street. The property was clean and the property manager was responsive. She even left us cookies which was a very special touch for the kids. We are already taking about a second trip.

Great place to stay!

Joanna was awesome. We fled central Texas for a white Christmas and did not get disappointed. Joanna asked what we wanted to do and gave us the information to have a ball! This spot is an easy drive to Steamboat Springs and we were so busy with activities, in 7 days, we never ran out of things to do. The apartment is located in a tiny town with small town friendliness. Would recommend Joanna's apartment to anyone!

Little piece of Heaven

We usually camp in the Kremmling area. When I saw this quiet "Cabin" I thought why not check it out. So glad we did. The place was comfortable, warm, with plenty of room for all our gear. It had all the amenities need for our stay. Joanna and Keith were very gracious. They checked with us to see if we were comfortable and did we need anything. We look forward to staying at this "Cabin" in the near future.

A home away from home. (FOR SURE)

Excellent place to stay. We rented this apartment as a hunting camp, but it had all the conveniences of home. It was very clean and and the beds were great. We drove 1600 mile away from home but Joanna and her husband and boys made us feel at home in Kremmling. She even bake an apple pie to welcome us. (and it was delicious). They gave us information so we could find everything we needed. Keith even took us to his private shooting rang to sight in a gun. When our stay was over,Joanna showed up with a big plate of home made cookies for the long trip home. It just doesn't get any better than that! So, If you are planning to go to Colorado, try to get this apartment. You will no regret it. And say hello for us. Harold and Darrell

Spot on.

We stayed as a contracting group for a job. Very neat and quiet for the boys as there was everything they needed. Beds comfortable, plenty of plush towels, all amenities in kitchen. We will stay again!! Thank you Joanna for being so accommodating.

Cozy apartment with plenty of space for family gatherings!

The beds were comfortable, the living and kitchen space is spacious and inviting and the views out of the kitchen window are breathtaking! We used this as a home base for a family gathering, we maxed out the space and everyone was comfortable even on the hide a beds! The best part was having a full stove and fridge for cooking and plenty of space at the table for table games. Would (and will) book this place again!
