Note: Advertised fee accommodates up to six people. For the December/January bookings, if you choose to bring your own sheets and pillowcases, $100 will be deducted from the stay. If you are happy to water the pot plants on the front and back deck, we also deduct another $50. (Not many to water.)
Accommodation is the LOWER level of this very functional, family friendly holiday home (not pet friendly) which offers three bedrooms, two have queen size beds and one has two single beds that can convert into a queen size bed if plenty of notice is given. There are two bathrooms, two living areas, central heating and cooling, a fantastic fully functional kitchen and a laundry. There is a deck for outdoor dining with fabulous views of the bay and the You Yangs. There is a good sized fully enclosed back garden for children. Pets are not catered for. Just one reason is that our back lawn is Santa Ana Couch and does not tolerate pet wee. Also, pets are not welcome in the home particularly on beds. Boats are not catered for either and one jet ski is by arrangement. Also please leave any e-scooter or e-bike at home.
