New weekend offer: 2 nights and 3 days starting at € 1100 for 8 people. Calm area, very private. Ty Coz Villa is 450 sq.m and the property is 4500 sq.m and full of trees. It is close to Marrakech. Week-long rentals can start any day of the week. 16 people.
13 km from the Koutoubia Mosque, 9 km from golf courses, 1 km from an equestrian centre, 170 km from the sea, 10 km from the Ménara and Majorelle gardens, 70 km from the Ourika Valley and the Atlas Mountains.
This large property is filled with flowers and many different types of trees, including orange trees, olive trees, and palm trees. There is also a boules court, ping-pong table,
and a large infinity swimming pool (16 x 5.5 m).
There will be someone to meet you at the airport and accompany you to the villa.
A chef will be available to prepare your meals at a cost of € 15 per day for 8 people and € 25 per day for 9-16 people (you would just have to buy the groceries). There are large grocery stores nearby, such as Metro (7 km away), Marjane and Carrefour (both 12 km away). In addition, we are now offering to do the shopping for free upon request.
A cleaning lady cleans the bedrooms and bathrooms every day so you can get the most out of your holiday. There is a bus stop about 900 m away at the end of the paved pathway, and taxis come right to the villa. We are now offering a massage service upon reservation.
We can organize a Moroccan evening for you with Méchoui (barbecued whole lamb) and Moroccan entertainers.

Come discover Marrakech and enjoy your vacation in an exceptional and relaxing environment. With the cleaning lady keeping the house tidy and the chef preparing some delicious meals, you are sure to have a nice time here. This house was built in 2012 and is located 13 km from Marrakech on the Route de Fès. The villa boasts 8 bedrooms (7 of which have private bathrooms and WCs), a large living room, dining room and kitchen. It is completely equipped and also has 1 cot and 2 extra beds, and can accommodate up to 16 people. The property stretches over 4500 sq.m including the garden. It is surrounded by a 2 m-high wall, offering you much privacy and the opportunity to enjoy the large 16 x 5.5 m pool.

We also offer the following baby items: car seat, high chair, folding playpen, pushchair, 2 cots, and everything needed for the pool.

Exceptional and extremely happy with the villa

There’s so much to say about this villa that I couldn’t really say in one paragraph. We were 18 adults and 3 children of 4 families who have been going on holidays together for a long time. We had such a marvelous stay in TYCOZ, even with the language barrier. Nothing that google translate couldn’t do. The villa itself is set in an amazing olive and lemon orchard. Soo beautiful and pretty. After a day of sightseeing to jump into the beautiful clean pool all set up with loungers and clean towels everyday,that’s 5 stars there already. The rooms were always clean and tidy and the staff did it in such a way that they didn’t encroach on our privacy. The rooms were always clean. The sitting areas inside the villa and outside were so nice. The young adults played games in one and us older ones chatted around the most delicious Moroccan tea served at anytime by the staff. Hot water and ac always working. Beds were so so comfortable. Even though we were a big group we never felt cramped as there was more than enough room for everyone. Hamid the manager and his team are just exceptional people. They were ever so mindful of us. He was always there any time of day or night, opening the gate for the stragglers. We would decide the previous night the schedule for the next day and everything worked like clockwork. Meals were on the table sharp on time. Tables were cleared and tea served Moroccan style. We were just blown away by their hospitality and the way they looked after us.Blessings

Séjour de rêve dans villa de rêve

Nous avons passé 5 jours entre amis pour un anniversaire dans cette villa magnifique, idéal pour passer des bons moments en groupe chacun ayant son espace et sa salle de bains. Hamid est aux petits soins pour tout besoin dans la villa, pour organiser les déplacements (excursion ou simple déplacement) Touria nous a concocté des petits déjeuner et des plats excellents. Hamid et son épouse vous réservent un accueil et un séjour en pleine sérénité. Vraiment je recommande à 1000% cette villa (sans oublier Anne-Marie, la propriétaire, disponible pour toute question avant le séjour

Nous avons passé 5 jours dans cette propriété pour le nouvel an et nous avons été reçu comme des rois. Nous étions en famille et nous étions au paradis! 🤩MAGNIFIQUE🤩

Magnifique, superbe, calme, propre, apaisant, confortable, chaleureux, pratique... Tout était impeccable ! Nous avons passé une superbe semaine: les adultes, les ados, et les enfants. La villa est très bien équipée et tout est bien entretenu : cuisine impeccable, salle de bain magnifique (une par chambre), les chmabres tres propres avec dressing, de grandes tables pour manger en famille en intérieur ou en extérieur, deux beaux salons avec TV et la wifi fonctionne très bien. Piscine entretenue tous les jours, table de ping pong et terrain de pétanque super agréable... En bref, merci aux propriétaires ainsi qu'à Hamid. Nous reviendrons les yeux fermés 😍😍😍

Séjour inoubliable

Un immense merci à Anne Marie et son équipe sur place Hamid, Touria et ses deux cuisinières, qui nous ont accueilli et accompagné lors de notre we à Marrakech dans un climat tendu et inconnu lié au covid19. La villa est splendide, les plats préparés sont juste succulents ! Tout le personnel a été aux petits aux petits soins pour nous, discrétion et gentillesse assurées. Les services proposés tels que les transferts vers la médina, les jardins de Majorelle ou encore l aéroport ont été orchestrés avec brio par Hamid. La soirée méchoui était tout simplement magique ! Nous étions un groupe de 17 amis et tous ont appréciés leur séjour dans ce superbe Riad ! Bravo Anne Marie et encore merci de votre compréhension suite à l annulation de nos vols retour :)

Villa parfaite pour nous accueillir (9 adultes et 10 enfants). Personnel au top: Besoin d'un taxi, une excursion, une course, etc. Hamid s'occupe de tout. Quant à Touria, du petit déjeuner au diner, tous étaient succulents. Bref, Hamid et Touria ont rendu le séjour de formidable à exceptionnel.

Fantastic

Incredible experience and Villa, everything was on point and would go back again or recommend to anyone who what’s a villa holiday... I went with my wife and family and my 2 friends and their families. We all loved it! The food provided by the onsite chefs was amazing and the caretaker Hamid was so helpful and accommodating. He got us shopping and taxis and gave us tips on where to go with family and adults. All in all we throughly enjoyed our stay at Ty Coz villa and look forward to returning in the near future. The villa is much bigger than the pictures on website shows and extremely well cleaned. Thank you Hamid and all the lovely staff at the villa.

Deuxième séjour dans cette villa et toujours aussi satisfaits. Super environnement, à la fois proche de Marrakech mais suffisamment éloigné du tumulte de cette ville. On apprécie la tranquillité du site. On remercie surtout Hamid et Touria pour leur gentillesse et leur professionnalisme permettant à chacun d'entre nous de passer de super vacances. Le charme de cette villa réside aussi et peut-être surtout, dans le partage avec ses hôtes. A recommander +++.

Bon sejour

La villa est très belle et grande par contre elle est assez loin du centre ville il faut compter une bonne demi heure pour le centre ville. Le personnel est très gentil et serviable. Mention spéciale à Touria la cuisinière ses plats étaient vraiment très très bons. L'extérieur est très agréable et la piscine assez grande pour la taille de la maison. Le ménage n'est pas top, ce n'est pas trop approfondi. Le massage à l'institut est super bien et le prix attractif. Par contre ne faites pas l'excursion quad et buggy, on a attendu 2 heures pour partir avoir les véhicules. Nous avons dû faire demi tour car les buggys n'avaient pour certains pas de frein, pas de ceinture et des flammes sortaient du pot d'échappement. A éviter. Anne Marie la propriétaire est gentille et on peut lui poser toutes les questions elle répond rapidement et sans problème. Pour résumé nous sommes très contents de notre séjour et de la maison. Nous avons passé un excellent moment.

Spacious and well-designed

The villa worked perfectly for our family of 8 adults and 8 children with an age range of 6-14. The villa, pool and grounds were well maintained and ideal for our use. Anne- Marie was very helpful before our visit and having the on-site assistance of Hamid made organisation of our week very easy. We also used the services of the cook for the week who, with supporting staff was excellent. We were celebrating my wife's birthday for which it was a great location and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves.

Die Villa hält tatsächlich das, was die Bilder versprechen und das zu einem unschlagbaren Preis.

Wir haben das Haus als Social Media Agentur gemietet, um dort ein 5-tägiges Event zu veranstalten. Da es bisher keine Bewertungen hatte, haben wir zuvor bei FewoDirekt angerufen und sie versicherten uns, dass der Anbieter viele Häuser vermietet und es noch nie Probleme gab. Wir sind immer sehr skeptisch, gerade weil dieses Haus extrem günstig angeboten wird, für das was es verspricht und wir auch schon schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht haben. Als wir ankamen waren wir dann direkt erleichter, weil das Haus genau so aussah wie auf den Bildern, der Zustand einwandfrei war und uns der Housekeeper herzlich empfing. Hamid war während des gesamten Aufenthalts unser Ansprechpartner und hat von Essen und Taxifahrten bis zu Ausflügen und Reparaturen alles für uns organisiert. Er ist ein super netter Mensch, auch wenn seine Englisch Skills etwas besser sein könnten. Per Google Translator hat dann aber alles ganz gut geklappt. Es wurde morgens für uns ein reichhaltiges Frühstück mit Eiern, Pfannkuchen, Brot, Kaffee, Aufstrichen und !frisch gepresstem! Orangensaft serviert. Abends bekamen wir immer ein Dinner unserer Wahl (wir hatten Tangin, Couscous, Pizza und Fisch), was immer super lecker war und jedem der 10 Personen schmeckte. Alle Zimmer waren groß, sauber und wurden jeden Tag frisch gemacht und gereinigt. Der Garten ist ein Traum und super gepflegt, genau wie der Poolbereich. Das Wifi funktionierte wunderbar, zumindest im Erdgeschoss. An einem Tag hatten wir relativ viele Ameisen im Haus, die von den Hausdamen aber mit einer Sprühaktion innerhalb von 15 Minuten beseitigt wurden. Wenn es etwas negatives zu sagen gibt, dann nur dass das Haus relativ weit außerhalb liegt (ca. 30 Minute Fahrt zur Medina und 45 Minuten zum Flughafen) und die letzten 500m über einen abgelegenen Schotterweg führen.

UNE SUPERBE VILLA

Nous sommes partis à 16 personnes ( 8 couples d'amis )et nous avons passé une semaine idillyque .La villa est splendide, spacieuse et agréable à vivre à seulement 20mn de Marrakech.Les extérieurs sont magnifiques et verdoyants et la piscine, que dire de plus ,encore mieux que sur les photos , idéale pour profiter du soleil marocain.Le personnel était adorable trés discrèt, nous nous sommes régalés avec les bons petits plats de Touria, de délicieux tajines et couscous divins sans oublier les gateaux, crêpes etc... et le service était impeccable, . L' accueil d'Hamid et le suivi pour l'organisation des vacances ( taxi , massages, excursions ) a été lui aussi parfait, Hamid s'occupe de tout et se met en quatre pour nous faire plaisir .Et merci aussi aux propriétaires, Anne marie pour ces bons conseils et sa disponibilité. Nous y reviendrons avec très grand plaisir.Nous avons tous été enchantés par ce séjour exceptionnel

Exactement ce que nous recherchions.

Très belle villa. Bien conçue autour d'une grande piscine à quelques kilomètre du centre de Marrakech. Personnel de la villa extrêmement gentil et disponible. La qualité de la cuisine est de très bon niveau avec des produits frais et locaux. Merci à vous de nous avoir permis de passer un très beau moment en famille.

J'ai pour habitude régulièrement de réunir petits et grands. Nous sommes nombreux donc il nous faut de la place mais en plus nous sommes exigeants alors il nous faut toujours plus et mieux. et bien nous avons plus, beaucoup plus et mieux, beaucoup mieux . Tout était parfait , comme nous avions pu le lire dans les témoignages existants. depuis le début ou nous avons commencé à discuter avec la propriétaire Anne Marie qui nous donne les bons conseils et qui n'hésites pas à vous rappeler jusqu'à la veille de notre arrivée , de peur d'avoir oublié quelque chose. une propriétaire vraiment attentive et délicate avec l'envie de bien recevoir . Aucune inquiétude Anne Marie tout était parfait. La maison est spacieuse, très bien aménagée , la clim très appréciée , la disposition des lieux( intérieur comme extérieur) est fait pour le confort. la terrasse est magnifique..... mais tout cela nous le voyons sur les photos et c'est du réel !!!! ce que nous ne voyons pas sur les photos c'est l'extrême gentillesse de Touria la cuisinière ( tout sourire ) , ses plats sont à son image " généreux" que dire de la disponibilité sans faille de Hamid , toujours présent en cas de besoin mais invisible le reste du temps. Parfait organisateur pour toutes nos sorties , tout à chaque fois a été réglé comme une horloge, excellent conseilleur et la même gentillesse que le reste de l'équipe. un vrai service 5 étoiles mais la sympathie en plus. Nous avons vraiment eu l impression d'être reçu comme des amis ...... que dire de plus ????? au plaisir de se revoir hervé

We are Bretons from Morbihan, and we are 55 and 53 years old. My husband is a tile layer/plasterer, and I am the manager of the company. We are good-natured people, and you can count on us for anything to make your stay more enjoyable.
We have 3 children: one is 32, another 29, and the other 28. We also have a grandson who is 18 months old.

Why they chose this property

We love Morocco, and we are hoping to stay here for our retirement years for as long as possible. That is why we built this house, with its large garden full of fruit trees, flowers, and all the smells of Morocco, as well as the large pool, which you can enjoy from March to November, or even December, depending on the weather.
