About this property

Ocean Grove Family Retreat can easily accommodate couples or 1 - 2 small families wanting to enjoy a holiday together. Only 1 km from the beach, this simple 3 bedroom house is your getaway. Split system air conditioning and bedroom ceiling fans to keep you cool on the warm summer days. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, Digital TVs with a 2nd in the main bedroom, DVD, microwave, washing machine and clothes dryer to ensure you can fully relax. There is 1 bathroom & 1 toilet . Outdoors on the decking is a BBQ and outdoor dining setting with a large backyard. It sleeps up to 8 people (6 adults) with 2x Queen size beds and 2 sets of bunks (1 double). The house is a fully self contained, a very basic (older) house but close to everything in Ocean Grove. Check in after 2pm and check out 10 am. (Please note we require a minimum of 2 days notice to book cleaning prior to entry)

Good Location, near beach and shops. Good house, had 2 adults , 3 kids and 1 dog. Enclosed yard for dog , very good house for families to come to the beach. Will be back in near future

Great short stay

House is as pictured, clean, modest, close to shops and a great place to chill, quiet surrounds. Selected this house purely for being dog friendly, it didn't disappoint our dog loved the yard! Sam is also a fabulous communicator.

Beach Shack

The perfect beach shack! Location is perfect, away from town yet close enough when you need anything. Approx 10 min walk to the beach. Fully fence yard which was perfect for the dog! Highly recommend.

Perfect for pets & nice easy walk to the beach

Nice size yard & well secured fencing if you have a dog. An easy 10-15 min walk to the beach & town center. House is neat & tidy & was perfect for what we needed. Owner was very friendly & kept in contact making sure everything was ok. Will definitely go back to this house next time we are in the area.

Ocean Grove

Nice comfortable house for a family. Close to the beach, bike/walking paths and shops. Safe and quiet area. Property owner is lovely and very accommodating. Hope to go back soon!

Great holiday stay / weekender house and location

Everything you need is here, warm and comfortable. Close to everything, good position for walking around town and to the beach. Large secure yard for the dogs. Very easy communication with Sam the owner. Quiet neighbours too. What more could you want. We will be back and recommend to friends. Thank for our stay Sam.

Lovely and simple. Great for kids.

We stayed for a couple of nights with our baby and 4yo. The accomodation was basic, but in a really nice way and we had absolutely everything we needed. The kids loved the toys and board games. Thank you!

Roomy family home ,lots of plates and dishes which is handy,has all your basic amenties.Nice walk to the shops and dog beach ,good yard for your furry friend and parking for 2-3 cars if needed. Enjoyed our week there

Loved it!

Perfect property for our needs, about 15 mins walk to the beach and 10 mins to the shops. Big enclosed yard for kids to roam. Basic inside but has everything you need. Very relaxing break!

relaxing getaway

The house is simple but has all the essentials and a well set up kitchen perfect for self catering. It's rare to find a pet friendly stay and our dogs loved roaming all day in the big, securely fenced yard. Sam was very quick and easy to communicate with. Thanks for an easy xmas getaway

Lovely!

We really enjoyed the stay, the photos don't do it justice. It looks lovely, functional and is not too far to walk to the beach. Will definitely want to return.
