Originally from Vancouver BC, now living in Edmonton, Canada. We have been visiting and renting in Cathedral Canyon Country Club for more than 20 years. We decided to buy and want to share our home with you.

Why they chose this property

We bought this home for what we believe is in one of the best locations in CCCC. Great views and quiet neighbours. We like the heat, whether in full sun or shade, and we get plenty of it on any of our 3 patios.
We like the relative quietness of Palm Springs and Cathedral City. But if we need the beach, skiing, or busy LA, it is only a 2 hr HOV drive away.

What makes this property unique

Cool tile floors. Great AC unit. Pool and hot tub only 200 feet away. New patio cover structure.
Great neighbours. Challenging golf course, that has it's conditions improving weekly under new management.
Sleeps 2 couples very comfortably with 2 pullout-queens for children or short term extra guests. One of those pullouts is in the 3rd bedroom/den. Another is in Living room and is very nice.
