"One The Avenue" has recently been refurbished to the highest standard - with state of the art media and sound system (Netflix & Sonos), designer bathrooms, chefs kitchen...... and much much more!
The house has a large open living area with fire place leading onto the dining room and beautifully equipped country kitchen. Adjoining the main living area is a games room with billiard table and large plasma TV. An open fire place make this a perfect room to wile away a traditional Southern Highlands winters day. The property is set on an acre of established garden with age old trees. A paved and undercover entertaining area with both stone BBQ & gas BBQ complete the setting.
From the time you drive in the imposing stone gates "One The Avenue" will impress and delight all those looking for their perfect country retreat.
Accommodation
The house can accommodate 8 guests maximum depending on the type of the group. It is not suitable for 4 couples however is often used for a group of single woman having a kids free weekend! If you require extra bedding this must be made clear at the time of booking & there is a small additional charge to cover linen and extra cleaning costs.
The property has 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and ensuite bathroom (with a bath), it also has a plasma screen TV and large built in wardrobes. The second bedroom has 2 king singles beds (almost double beds) and is very spacious with garden views. The third bedroom has a queen bed. There is a 3 seater sofa (which can be used for one extra person) and large plasma TV making the room an alternate TV viewing room . The second bathroom adjoins this room and there is a powder room off the living areas. All linen, towels and bedding are of the highest quality and supplied at no extra cost.
