A custom 2000 sq ft. home located on 3 acres in the heart of Baynes Lake B.C. 4 bedrooms, one with an ensuite, great room, and loft. There is an oven and 4 burner range top, water and ice in the fridge, dishwasher and microwave. The great room boasts a fireplace and comfortable lounging. The patio doors lead to the spacious deck, BBQ and a pond supporting diverse wildlife. The deck spans the length of the house and is great for socializing. The rooms have a combined; 3 queen beds, 2 twin beds plus 2 single cots for flex sleeping. There is a 48 inch wall mount TV for the kids to hook up their favorite gaming systems, watch a movie on the DVD player or Roku for endless streaming video. This home is located near 3 renowned ski hills - Fernie Alpine Resort, Kimberley Alpine Resort, Whitefish Mountain Resort. There are lakes, quad/dirt bike trails, and golf courses nearby. This is a stunning vacation retreat that you will want to rent over and over. No smoking and no pets please.

Great spot for group ski trip
Very nice home for our group ski trip to Fernie - about a thirty minute drive to the ski hill. Great use of space with many sleeping area options and big communal area. We used outdoor firepit and enjoyed the many board games!

Family Reunion
Our fam reunion was at my aunts house 3 driveways down from the nest. It was the perfect home to have as our home base for sleep and showers/laundry in between all of the activities. Honestly wish we had more time to enjoy the home because it was wonderful! Far surpassed our expectations and we will be back!

This place was absolutely amazing to stay at. I booked this for a get away with my friends and to celebrate my friend getting married. Like coming home
Lovely and quiet place to stay if you want to get away from everything. The only noise is the roaster in the morning and the deer settling down for the night just outside the back porch. The house was spotless when we arrived all we had to do is unpack and unwind. Cecelia was lovely to deal with and even delivered right off the vine tomatoes! If all goes well we will be back next September. I highly recommend this accommodation.

Great place to spend a weekend near Lake Koocanusa
Large and spacious home that accommodated our group perfectly. Close to beaches on Lake Koocanusa, and situated in a quiet beautiful area. We would stay here again.

The Nest
We had a great time. The Nest was big enough everyone had their own space. Has a large deck area around the back and beautiful scenery. It was close to several beaches and amenities. The kids loved it. The owners were great. Would definitely recommend this property.
