Wonderful situated, very quiet, comfortable in nature but close to everything.
Completely renovated in 2014/2015: 2 new bathrooms, new kitchen, natural stone floor throughout the house, large living room opening to the garden and pool. The living area pool pool house kitchen living room provides a particularly pleasant wellness real. Please note, your guests will want more from. :-) Pool to secure salt, 11m x 5m, depth 1 to 2m sloping, pool house with pizza oven and barbecue, Freebox, wifi, 3 big screen TV, including 2 smart TV, satellite, refrigerator dispenser ice maker, Nespresso machine, stereo system quality, quality appliances, air conditioning, table tennis, table football, trampoline, zipline, games for children, 2 bicycles available, possibility hiring Zodiac 115hp for water ski and ride.
Attention (see photos and comments), the house is rented with "Lumpa" Cane Corso friendly, lovely with the children he is a very good playmate, slightly sticky and cumbersome but so endearing ... He sleeps outside, eats dry food supplied once a day and keep the house.
The five chickens provide fresh eggs every day, feed wheat and maize. The enclosure is far behind the house.

Pleasant stay

Great hosts, very informative and helpful during the stay. Location is perfect, short drive from the beach and several local villages provide supplies as required including some good restaurants. Chickens at the villa provided us with fresh eggs daily and the children loved to see them roaming round the gardens. Highly recommend, we would use again if returning to the area.

Villa propice au repos et à la détente

Nous venons de passer 2 semaines formidables dans la villa de Jean. Tout était propice pour passer de formidables vacances : la qualité d'accueil de Jean et sa petite famille, toujours au petit soin, la maison entièrement équipée et la piscine avec le jardin idéale pour décompresser. La villa est située dans un quartier calme, non loin de la mer et des villages dans l'arrière pays. Nous sommes revenus les batteries complètement rechargées !!! Merci encore à Jean

Fantastic family holiday home

Family of four with two kids, age three and five and a half had a fantastic two weeks at the house. Jean, the owner and host was very helpful and service minded. The house was well functioning with good air conditioning, great pool, well equipped kitchen, good sized bedrooms with modern bathrooms and loads of great toys. Lumpa, the family dog, who is one of the most friendly and sociable dogs we have had the fortune to meet together with the six chickens and daily fresh supply of eggs made the holiday very special. The whole family thoroughly enjoyed our time there!

Tout d’abord la maison est très jolie les extérieurs sont vastes et bien entretenus.la piscine est de belle dimension. Il y a tout ce qu il faut dans la maison. Le four à pizza est un vrai plus. Vous aurez des œufs frais chaque jour pour le petit déjeuner. Les villes de Cannes,Cagnes sur mer,saint Paul de vence et grasse sont très proches.jean le propriétaire ainsi que sa famille sont vraiment très sympa.merci pour la leçon de paddle. Le chien lumpa est très gentil et discret,surtout n ayez pas peur pour les enfants. Nous espérons y revenir si tout va bien.

Just great!

We enjoyed two relaxing weeks in this quiet and charming house which is very well equipped (comme chez vous). Lovely garden and great pool. Just the right distance away from the buzzling coast and yet still close to St. Paul de Vence, Nice and Antibes. Do not be afraid of Lumpa. He is as gentle and easy-going as a dog can be. The kids just loved him and were very sad to leave. The landlord does not live too far away and is very charming, helpful and always there if need be. We highly recommend this house for a family vacation.

EXCELLENTES VACANCES - VILLA A RECOMMANDER!!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de deux semaines dans cette magnifique villa en famille (2 adultes et 3 enfants). La villa est splendide dans un endroit très calme et à proximité de la mer. Celle-ci offre un confort irréprochable. C'est simple: il ne manque rien! Tout a été pensé pour passer les meilleures vacances. Présence de tous les ustensiles de cuisine nécessaires (Robot, presse agrume, Thermomix...). Il ne manque rien (épices, nécessaire de nettoyage, ustensiles de cuisine...). C'est un véritable bonheur de séjourner dans cette belle villa. Les pièces sont spacieuses et notamment le séjour. Présence de la climatisation dans le séjour/salon et également dans les chambres. La maison est très propre et avec un rangement irréprochable. Un piano est également disponible qui ravira les musiciens. Les pièces sont spacieuses et très bien aménagées. La piscine est un réel bonheur avec des dimensions très confortables. Tout a été pensé également pour le bonheur des enfants avec la présence d'une table de Ping Pong, d'un Baby foot, d'un trampoline et également d'une tyrolienne. La présence d'un barbecue et d'un four à pizza est également très appréciable. Nous avons pu également bénéficier de vélos gentiment mis à disposition par le propriétaire. Le terrain est immense permettant aux enfants de s'amuser pleinement. Je tenais également à mettre en avant la très grande gentillesse du propriétaire, jean, et de son épouse qui nous extrêmement bien accueillis et qui ont toujours été aux petits soins. Je pense que ces attentions font réellement la différence par rapport à d'autres locations. Je voulais également rajouter une mention spéciale pour Lumpa, cet adorable chien qui a comblé toute la famille durant 2 semaines. C'est un chien très impressionnant par son gabarit mais d'une gentillesse irréprochable!! Il a fait le bonheur de toute la famille, y compris les adultes. C'est une vraie pâte!!! Les enfants n'ont pas arrêté de jouer avec lui, et Lumpa adore les enfants. Le départ a été très difficile puisque nous nous étions réellement attachés à ce chien adorable. Je recommande vivement cette villa en location. C'est simple, c'est la villa que tout le monde souhaiterait avoir comme résidence principale! C'est un coin de paradis!!!!! Nous y reviendrons avec un immense plaisir.

prachtige villa

Zeer mooie villa en rustig gelegen met een groot zwembad. Wij en de kinderen vonden het geweldig om hier 2 weken te verblijven. Het huis is volledig gerenoveerd en heeft 1 grote slaapkamer voor de ouders met mooie badkamer. Ook de kinderen hadden elk hun eigen mooie kamer en een extra badkamer. Zeer aangenaam huis, grote living en leuke keuken. De kinderen vonden het ook leuk om piano te spelen. Ook de hond Lumpa, de kat en de kippen waren een toffe bezigheid voor de kinderen. Het is een grote hond maar een zeer lieve hond. We missen hem nu al. Aan het zwembad is er ook een ping pong tafel en een voetbaltafel wat extra leuk was voor de kinderen. Ook de eigenaar is een aangename man. De zee is ongeveer 20 min. rijden. Komen zeker terug.

Lovely piece of earth

Very nice clean villa with large well-maintained garden. Nice Pool. New stylish bathrooms, recently renovated bedrooms. Kitchen with all modern technical equipment. Well-functioning air-con. Children enjoyed playing with villa-dog "Lumpa", big but very gentle dog that stays in the garden. We had fresh eggs from the chicken every morning. Friendly and reliable landlord. Can highly recommend.

Maison de vacance idéale.

On a passé 2 super semaines dans cette maison vraiment très agréable et tranquille, superbe coin jardin piscine, maison propre et bien entretenue, lits confortables, proprio sympa et arrangeant, on est venu pour se reposer, mission remplie à 100%. Revers de la médaille, on avait pas trop envie de sortir et on a pas beaucoup visité. Les enfants nous ont rejoint la dernière semaine, ils ont adoré et ils ne voulaient plus partir. Oui, je recommande cette location à un ami sans aucune hésitation, encore plus avec des enfants. Pour faire une petite critique, les 3 salles de bains, bien que très fonctionnelles, sont un peu vieillottes.
