Location..Location...Location and Views!

Spent the entire month in the condo overlooking the ocean, beautiful! Unit we stayed in adjoins unit next door and I believe both units are co-owned by the same person. Like a hotel, there are double doors that would allow opening up the adjoining units for a larger party. The unit is located on the ground floor of a three floor building, and noise from adjoining unit and unit above was not a problem for us. The unit basically consists of two large rooms, a living / kitchen area with adjoining full bath and a large bedroom with adjoining full bath and laundry closet, overall, great for a couple or small family but would have to be great friends to share the space with non-family in my opinion. Each room area has a large sliding door and a smaller window which almost makes for an entire wall of glass looking out over the park and expansive ocean views - stunning. From the unit there is a walking path that leads to the beach so there is never a need to take a car to the beach. Furnishings of the unit are somewhat modest and functional but could stand an upgrade to better match the luxe location and views. The kitchen is small but functional as is the refrigerator - not a cooks kitchen as cooking implements pretty limited and not of high quality. Missing recommended additions and upgrades include a blender, food processor, higher quality cooking pots, pans and utensils and same for dishes and silverware. All functional but would have hoped for bit better to ensure a total “home run” experience. The couch is comfortable but is a cloth non-wipeable / easily cleanable covering which is starting to show it’s age for sure. Bed is comfortable but not luxury hotel comfortable. There is an outdoor balcony off each room but was undergoing repair during our visit. A few suggested improvements for owner to consider: - Provision of extra blankets - Improve lighting over kitchen table - Cooking implements and tableware noted above - Upgrade living area furniture Other highlights: - Walking distance to village and restaurants / bars / shops - Property managers, Myriam and associate “S” were both very kind and very responsive to deal with - Use of adjoining property Pools, Hot Tubs and Restaurants (we did not sample but looked very nice) - New high quality 65” smart TV installed
