Just what we needed

This was a great experience and a wonderful contrast to staying near Coligny Beach. Everything about the property was clean, organized and felt just right. We’d come back here again any time.

Fun vacation!

Nice stay with the family. Plenty of room and supplies. The condo stayed cool even though it was quite warm outside. Really appreciated the beach umbrellas and chairs!! It would have been a challenge to carry our beach gear all the way to the beach since it is the further back on the property, but we just loaded it in the car and drove to the other parking area. Great memories, beautiful sunrises, cute little crabs, lots of relaxing!!

Great Vacation Getaway

Great place to vacation. The property was very clean and very convenient to lots of amenities and offerings at Hilton Head. The owners are very responsive and easy to work with. We will definitely come back. Would give more than 5 stars if I could.

Family vacation with 2 under 2

Our stay in this condo was wonderful! The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of extra linens provided. The towels were plush and cozy. The condo was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking what little bit that we did! The view from the balcony is the lagoon and parking lot but we enjoyed watching some alligators while we drank coffee in the mornings. The walk to the pool and beach was a little far for us since we have two toddlers but it was a very easy and short drive and worked out perfectly. There is no elevator in the building, so we did have to carry all of our belongings up the stairs to the second level. No big deal but we earned our trip to the pool that evening ;) the host was responsive and helpful with a minor inconvenience we had. The condo had lots of beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys which was great!! We loved that the pool and beach had such quick, easy access to food and drinks at the little restaurant and bar. Easy lunches! Overall we enjoyed our stay very much and would be happy to be back in the future. :)

Very Enjoyable Vacation

We’ve been coming here for several years and this was the first one staying in this villa. VERY clean lots of space and great communication. We love staying in the tennis villas. Lots of parking and very quiet compared to the beachfront buildings. This was in the perfect location with a 5 minute walk or less to anywhere in the complex. Loved our stay and we hoping to be back next year.

Somewhat misleading

Not at all clean. Trash and dirt everywhere! Even nastiness in the sinks! (Gross!!!) If a short walk is a half mile then I was confused. Only the WiFi instructions told what unit it was, like a riddle. The front desk folks need a vacation! Totally hateful!

This was our 3rd time staying at this condo! It is perfect for our family of 5 :) As always, we enjoyed our stay! We love all that the condo has to offer! In addition, Matt is always quick to reply and is so easy to work with! ☀️Comfortable beds 🏝️Clean condo ☀️Awesome pool 🏝️Short walk to the beach ☀️Dining at the resort 🏝️Lots of kid’s activities ☀️Overall, a FANTASTIC place to stay! Great spring break stay!

The condo worked perfect for me and four kids age 10 to 14. The tennis courts, basketball courts were a great addition to the easy beach access!

Like it will stay again

Family and I liked the place, it was comfortable and a good price. The beach wasn't too far of a walk as there are 3 access. It being 2nd floor wasn't a big deal for us but note that you will climb two sets of stairs. The only "complaint" inhale would be the cleaning staff didn't do very well as there was lots of chunks of food and wrappers left in and under the couch.

I booked this location for a weekend getaway with the kids and we loved it. The condo is very spacious and had everything we needed, including beach gear! The beds were comfortable and the accommodations were exactly as described. Although the condo is further back from the oceanfront pool, you can easily pop your beach gear in the car and park near the pool/beach access. We absolutely loved the pool, it is huge! Our only regret is thay we couldnt stay longer. We would definitely book again.

This property was perfect for our 4 person family. It was clean, cool and close to both the beach and tennis courts. The unit came with a well-equipped kitchen and remodeled bathrooms. Highly recommend.

Family vacation

Great experience with Matt and the property. Kids loved the pool with all the fun activities and the snow cone shop. Great communication with owners and condo was just as it was described. Beach supplies were so helpful and it was nice not having to pack our own. Great quality kitchen pans and utensils is always appreciated since we get to save money and do lots of our own cooking. Highly recommend this property.

Great Location

Our family of 5 adults and 1 infant enjoyed all the amenities this property had to offer. Communication with the Host was easy with quick replies! If you don't mind a short walk to the beach, this unit is perfect....close to the playground, fitness center and laundry. Pretty view of the pond with lots of activity from the turtles. We will definitely return this unit with no question or concerns :)
