If you're looking for a hug of a home in a versatile location, welcome!
We offer discounts for week and month long stays!
Nestled in Summit Cove, this home features a freshly painted interior and new hot tub! Our home offers a main floor primary bedroom (King), 2nd floor guest suite (Queen), and second floor bedroom featuring a queen size bed and a built in, lofted full size bed. There are full baths on both floors. We have a recliner couch that can comfortably sleep one or two as well as a pack and play for the little ones. A high chair and baby gate are also available. All new area rugs, comfortable linens, newer mattresses, updated and fully loaded kitchen, HUGE deck, gas burning stove for chilly mountain nights, hot tub for soaking sore ski legs...
Please note that because the home is an A-frame, the stairs to the second floor are a bit steep. Most guests do not have issue navigating them but if you have bad knees or other mobility issues let's discuss before you book.
While we are dog friendly (additional nightly fee applies), dogs are absolutely not allowed on any furniture or in any beds. We also ask that if your dog sheds you run the vacuum before you leave. And don't forget to pick up after your pet!
To book for fewer than the 4 night minimum, message the owner.

Our family has been making memories in Summit County for over three decades! I am a mom of three, business owner, runner, and mountain girl. I live in Kansas City and make it to our mountain home as often as possible to hike, bike, ski, hike some more, snowboard, fish, etc.
Why they chose this property
It truly was love at first site. The quintessential CO mountain home all wrapped up in a cute little A-frame package.
What makes this property unique
This is a family home so you won't find weird artwork, uncomfortable bedding, or itchy linens! We have furnished our home with quality items and filled it with charm to make our own time at the home comfortable and we want our guests to have the same experience!
