Agréable séjour

Acceuil chaleureux et propriétaire disponible en cas de problème. Appartement conforme à l’annonce, mais à signaler que c'est un rez de jardin et que l'absence de fenêtres empêche de ventiler ce logement. En cette période de canicule, l’atmosphère intérieure était étouffante et moite( une climatisation serait la bienvenue) ,merci à la propriétaire de nous avoir fourni un ventilateur qui fut le bienvenu pour mieux dormir. Avons bien profité des bus régionaux à 1€ pour visiter Collioure, Banyuls, arrêt à 10 mn à pieds. Plein d'autres possibilités, se renseigner à l’office du tourisme. Avons bien profité de la région.

Good location for Perpignan and surroundings

Friendly, pleasant and very informative welcome by Claudie. Well equipped, attractive, clean and quiet accommodation in Perpignan with secure parking. Shopping and bus stop to the coast nearby. The city and historical surroundings are very interesting - don't miss the Memorial Museum near Rivesaltes. The rocky coast near the border to Spain is stunning; we loved Banyuls and a trip into the hills and ancient vineyards nearby. The dramatic Pyrenees are accessible, also by bus. We recommend this accommodation. Thank you Claudie!

Lovely apartment, excellent location.

Claudie met us at the train and gave us a quick tour of the area before taking us to the apartment, where she provided even more information about local sites and bus availability. The apartment is well situated, very clean and nicely decorated with a very good shower and a comfortable bed. Easy walk to everything in town and close to the 1euro bus stop for the 400 line to Collioure. We were very pleased with our stay and Claudie is absolutely wonderful. We would not hesitate to book here again.

Super sympa!

Situé proche du centre ville, l'appartement est très agréable, confortable, et bien équipé. J'ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour. Mme Cartade est toujours disponible en cas de besoin et n'est pas avare de suggestions des meilleurs coins de la région. Je vous recommande vivement cet appartement.

Nous avons été accueilli par la propriétaire, nous offrant pour l'occasion une bouteille de rosée de la région. Cette chère dame, nous avais préparé tous les coins à visiter. Endroit,transport ...une vraie guide touristique .Quand on ne connaît pas la région, c'est vraiment super. L'appartement est frais malgré la chaleur. Très bien équipés, il ne manque de rien ...juste quelques couverts en plus. Lors des fortes chaleurs, un ventilateur ou l'air co dans la chambre serait en plus surtout pour des personnes plus âgées. L'appartement est calme et le parking est un plus indéniable . Bref , location impeccable. À louer les yeux fermés et encore merci à la locataire pour son amabilité et gentillesse. Alain et Annick

Appartement agréable et fonctionnel

Nous avons passé un mois de vacances en couple dans cet appartement. Il est très bien situé et fonctionnel, la terrasse est agréable pour profiter du soleil et l'intérieur reste bien frais donc c'est parfait. Il est possible de se garer dans la cour, assez exceptionnel, si proche du centre-ville. En bref, je recommande. De plus, propriétaires très sympas et disponibles.

Very good apt.

This is a very good apt.My wife & I spent one month-- end of Feb.to end of March, 2014. The photos of the site provide an accurate picture of the apt. The apt. was very clean, comfortable, well maintained. All the appliances are quite new & function very well. The apt. was spacious, cozy. It is situated in a quiet,residential, very safe area. Mrs. Cartade was a friendly,helpful, gracious host. She extended her assistance by picking us up at the railway station(she was even able to take us to the railway station when we left). She was quick to respond to our need although this need was very rare. The apt. is less than a 10 minute walk from a large supermarket & only a few minutes more to the older,charming downtown district. This older area has an abundance of nice shops & restaurants. The train station is very easily accessed by walking(about 20 minutes)or by local city bus which stops but a couple of minutes from the apt. The city of Perpignan is tourist friendly. For those without a vehicle Perpignan has a fabulous "1 Euro" bus which can take you to multiple sites outside the city. It is a great way to visit the multitude of interesting sites available within 50 km. of Perpignan. The bus drivers were friendly & helpful.

Très bel appartement

Très bel appartement, vaste et bien agencé. Pour les personnes qui viennent en voiture, vous pouvez la rentrer dans le jardin qui est sécurisé par un portail fermé. La partie nuit est indépendante, et si vous venez à plusieurs, les couchages du salon sont très confortables et vous laissent de l'intimité si le reste des troupes dort dans la chambre !! le jardin est très agréable, avec un jet d'eau vous pouvez même rafraîchir vos enfants en cas de grosses chaleurs. Appartement lumineux et bien équipé, fonctionnel et super bien décoré (le propriétaire est un as en aménagement et en déco !) Tout est tout près : commerces, monuments, office de tourisme, ligne de bus... L'essayer, c'est l'adopter ! un plus également : la gare TGV /SNCF est toute proche.

Logement très convenable

Nous étions hébergés, ma femme et moi, à cette adresse dès septembre 2012 jusqu’en janvier 2013 pendant que nous cherchions une propriété à acheter dans la région. Nous avons trouvé que l’appartement avait un très bon rapport qualité-prix: propre, récemment redécore; bien équipe et facile à entretenir: 10 minutes à pied du centre-ville et 15 minutes de la gare SNCF et routière. L’aspect sud est agréable, mais a la même fois bien protégée du soleil en été. Généralement très content.

Urlaub in Perpignan

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen und einem einwandfreien Zustand. Es fehlt an nichts und man fühlt sich auf Anhieb wohl. Die Fotos beschreiben die Wohnung exakt und alles ist sehr sauber. Auch wenn man kein Französisch spricht, kann man sich mit den Vermietern gut verständigen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder einen Urlaub in Perpignan in dieser gemütlichen Wohnung verbringen. Man sollte einen Ausflug zum Lac de Raho nicht versäumen sowie das knapp 100 km entfernte Carcassonne nicht auslassen.

Très beau logement et très propre

Le logement est très fonctionnel, très propre, il se trouve dans un quartier très calme, près des commerces. Il comporte une très belle terrasse et une cour pour y stationner votre véhicule, ce qui est très pratique à Perpignan. Le Centre ville n'est pas très loin et les plages à 10 minutes. Une très bonne communication avec les propriétaires. Je recommande cette location, Sylvie du 62. Note 8/10
