Cosy casita with a great backyard, plantings and statues.Well supplied kitchen. Quiet street, easy access to town and foothills. Excellent , friendly host. Would certainly stay again.
The guest house was perfect for our trip. We were very comfortable and felt relaxed during the holiday season. The neighborhood is quiet and we really enjoyed the quiet. Ginger is an awesome VRBO host and we would definitely stay there again.
This is the loveliest casita -- so welcoming, comfy, and quiet. We enjoyed our stay very much. Ginny is the ultimate host, bringing us homemade cookies and even some Airborne to help with my cold. We would love to stay here again sometime!
I stayed a weekend at this cute property and Ginger was amazingly comforting. She and her partner have a quiet place that is cozy and quiet which was perfect. Little details such as the maps of things to do, a binder of nearby restaurants and grocery, even extra blankets and pillows in the closet in case needed were the little extra touch.
My wife & I were in town for a mini-reunion, football game, visit, & found this gem of a place! Ginger was so welcoming, & our stay was so comfortable! We would recommend this property to anyone visiting the area! We’ll be back!!
Wonderful property, very well maintained. It was everything we hoped for and more. Comfortable, peaceful, very clean and very well furnished. This was a perfect location as well.
This guest house was great!! Very clean and quite roomy! The outdoor space was perfect. Ginger the host was very responsive and helpful getting us checked in and situated. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Great location, great accommodations with really nice and accommodating hosts!
The property is very nice. It is clean and well appointed. It is nice to be on your own, not a part of a large hotel. It is super nice to make your own meals.
This Property is an Excellent place to stay when visiting The Old Pueblo! Its location near the University of Arizona is ideal and close to all of our favorite places around Tucson. The Owners are Truly Wonderful People that have created a perfect Southwestern property that exudes all that is needed for a Lovely Stay here. We have stayed here before and will keep coming back when we can. Ray and Terry

Wonderful little home, great hosts! A perfect vacation spot.
The property is very nice. All you need is there. It is tastefully decorated and really feels like a home away from home. The hosts are friendly and easy to talk with. They are a great source of information. Highly recommend this place. We have already booked for next year.
It was our daughter's graduation from U of A. This adorable little casita is close to campus, yet in a nice quiet neighborhood so if felt a bit like home. Check in was easy and check out was easy. The place is very clean and comfortable. The carpet in the bedroom is like walking on clouds. I would definitely stay here again.

A Charming Guest House
We were looking for a quiet get-a-way and found it! The place was cozy, yet big enough to hold everything we needed. The Southwest decor was beautiful and the outside was amazing. Ginger and Candace were very considerate hosts. Our only complaint would be the shower - only enough hot water for 1 person to shower.
It was such a pleasure to stay here. Everything you need is at your fingertips! Or Ginger will find it for you.
The bike path (Loop) is very close.
Highly recommend this guest house.

This was our 2nd stay at the guest house. Candace and Ginger are excellent hosts. The place is charming and homey and has anything you need for your stay. This is likely our last visit as our son is moving in May but it was a gem to find while he lived there!
Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful property :)

Nestled perfectly between the mountains and the city, this property was just what my husband and I hoped it would be. Ginger and Candice are great hostesses and a wealth of knowledge about anything and everything Tucson.

Lovely guest house!
This charming house worked perfectly for us while visiting our son in Tucson. The comfortable bed, roomy closet, and large bathroom made it easy for us to settle in for a few days. While the kitchen could have used some mixing and serving bowls, we were still able to cook meals in the cute kitchen. Our favorite of course was the outdoor space and garden available for relaxing. Well designed and convenient, good outdoor lighting at night, secure and nicely decorated. We would stay there again if we get back to Tucson
