Perfect Getaway

Very cute, clean and accessible.
Linda greeted us the day of our stay via text message and gave us all the information we needed. On arrival we found the small but very cozy property inviting and just what we needed for a short getaway. Close to downtown and far enough to get away from any major noise. Thank you! Great place to stay!
Hot Springs was amazing, Linda was a great host and very attentive to all of our needs. The national park was beautiful and bathhouse row was very interesting and held a lot of history. Great place to stay and accommodated all of our needs for our trip. This house is very close to town making it easy to find your way around.

The house was perfect. Clean, neat and close to all the area of interest.

Small but had everything needed for an overnight stay. We were out biking all day and really only came back to sleep, which was perfect. Owners were super nice, the air and heat worked well, and it is just a short walk from downtown.

Cute Little Hideaway
This was a perfect base for my visit to Hot Springs. Its a small place but very well suited as a base for 1-2 people. Very well done. Would have liked to have easier access to the backyard area. Not sure if it is shared with the house adjoining the private yard.

Lovely Little Place
This home was a perfect place to stay for a short getaway. We did not spend much time in the home because there was so much to do but when we did it was a cozy place. It was perfect for 2 people. The owner was available and very responsive. We had no issues and will be back again!

Small but Cozy
I stayed in Hot Springs for a weekend, drove down on Friday afternoon and drove right through the shopping area and it was all lit up and decorated for Christmas. I stopped by a few cute shops, found a local Farmer’s Market and Running a 5K or something and most dress in Christmas wear. I like pillows and I had read a review about the pillows and there were any 6 pillows, I would have used more, lol, the space was perfect and all my needs were met. It was not a very comfortable mattress that’s an easy fix. I thought it was cute and just right for me and in walking distance to the local shops and Hot Springs museum. Thank you

My husband and I had an AMAZING 2 nights at this Air B&B. Looked just like the pictures posted. Owner had the AC on and had a single candle on the stove. We sent the day down town Saturday, was exhausted when we got back to the room.

Wonderful little get away
I can’t enough about what a kind and gracious host Linda is. She gave me information about the interests I communicated to make my stay just perfect! The ‘cheat’ snacks were perfect! The property is clean and tidy; cutely decorated and not overly cluttered. I LOVED all of the extra pillows! Will stay again with this host, here or other properties :-) The caring really shines through! Thanks for everything!!

Fantastic tiny house experience
This was a lovely experience, very close to downtown Hot Springs and filled with everything you might need, so dont overpack! Linda, the host, was attentive and gracious. There were plenty of pillows and blankets. Bathroom was filled with all the personal care items in a wonderful selection. It was perfect for my solo trip. Highly recommended for solo travelers, or for couples that are really close. It is very tiny, which i personally enjoyed, but if my hubby was with me, we would have been tripping over eachother, especially because I pack so much. 😊 You don’t need to over pack if youre going to stay here because everything you may need is provided. 💗

Diamond in the Rough
Had a great stay at this property. Owner was very easy to deal with and easy to get in contact with for anything. The house itself is exactly what is listed and shown. Has everything you could ask for in a visit to Hot Springs. Everything is 5 star worthy, except the location. Some of the surrounding area is worn down, but that's no fault of the owner and something to think about. Anyway, had a great time and would stay there again as well as highly recommend to anyone looking to visit this national park or any of its surround areas.
