Prior to us giving access to the property you will be required to provide Photographic ID, a valid phone number and your home address for track and trace purposes. A deposit of £150 is collected by the host prior to arrival at the property, this is refunded at the end of your stay providing none of the house rules are broken. There is an increased deposit of £300 for 1 night/ weekend bookings.
Our properties are strictly NO PARTIES, NO SMOKING and NO PETS.
There is CCTV located at the front entrance of the house.
No parties or events are to be hosted here. Please find a more suitable space in a local pub or bar. The house is in a residential neighbourhood, so please respect the right to privacy of others in the area.
Check-in time is 4 PM – 10 PM and please check out by 10AM

Creepy crawlies are quite common in the UK so there may be the chance that you'll encounter a friendly spider or bug during your stay.
If anything is out of the ordinary for a normal home, we will get someone to rectify this for you ASAP!

A new place for contractors to stay or anyone else who wants to be in an area of Swansea that makes it easy to access the city centre, the marina, as well as the retail park and industrial estates on the edge of the city. As a refurbed home, you can expect high quality fixtures and furnishings, plus comfortable beds in all 4 of the bedrooms. There’s off-road parking too, plus your very own garden space at the back.
