Step out onto the screened lanai of your picturesque 2-bed, 2-bath first-floor unit to take in views of the lake. Morning meals served here are a truly tropical experience — keep an eye out for ducks and bunnies gathering on the lawn and otters at play in the lake just steps away.

Fresh paint, new carpet, and new tile floors go hand in hand with updates in the granite-lined kitchen and bathrooms. Lake views drift into the living room, where the tropical vista competes with a 40” flat screen TV with cable and Netflix and Free WIFI.
Sweet sleep awaits in the expansive master suite, furnished with a queen-size bed, a flatscreen TV with Netflix and a DVD player, and a private en-suite bath with a spacious tiled shower. The kids will adore the guest room with two twin-size beds, fresh nautical colors, and another flat screen that receives Netflix only. Another bright guest bath promises ample space for everyone to get ready before an evening exploring historic Olde Town Naples, or after a day of sun at Naples’s pristine beaches.
Our screened-in lanai remains the star of the show. Pour yourself a cup of coffee in the fully-equipped kitchen and stroll past the white-washed dining table to start your day with sweeping water views and visiting wildlife at a cute cafe table.

Our family has been vacationing in the Naples area for over 20 years and after many rentals through out the area, we fell in love with all that World Tennis Club has to offer.
From tennis and pickleball (obviously) to all the other on-site amenities. As guests and now as owners we were always warmly welcomed by the residents, staff and other guests at this property.

Why they chose this property
We chose World Tennis Club for its friendly, welcoming atmosphere and its outstanding amenities. The gated community’s lush complex includes a clubhouse with a restaurant and bar, two sparking pools, a hot tub, gym, and of course tennis and pickleball courts aplenty. Sixteen courts offer day and nighttime play, and the World Tennis Club has a nationally ranked tennis pro and pro shop on-site for lessons and needed last minute tennis purchases. There are also numerous walking and biking trails, and lakes and preserves surround the community.
What makes this property unique
Naples, Florida is famous for its pristine Gulf Shore beaches, boutique shopping and fine dining, and for it’s low-key oceanside ambiance. At World Tennis Club, you’re just 15 minutes from historic Olde Town Naples, the upscale shops and eateries of 5th Avenue, and the city’s beautiful beaches and pier. After a day spent on the court, there’s much to explore through the evening and beyond.
Travel is simple as can be with Fort Meyer’s Airport 30 minutes away by car. A day of sunning, kayaking, and paddle boarding awaits right here in Naples and at Marco Island 35 minutes away. The area is rich in opportunities to try fishing, diving, or even visit the zoo. Miromar Outlet is packed with over 100 stores just 20 minutes from your door.
