Beautiful oversized first floor apartment in the heart of the Boro. This apartment has been completely renovated in April 2019, brand new flooring, new bathrooms, kitchen facelift, and freshly painted. This apartment now boasts three bedrooms and three bathrooms. This floor plan makes this unit perfect for a family who needs a little extra room, couples, a multi-generational family getaway, or groups of friends. There is a lush yard with a table and chairs to enjoy the outdoors. There is a washer and dryer in the basement which can only be accessed from this unit. There are great restaurants and shops nearby and you can walk to everything! The property is also located less than 10 minutes away from the quaint town of Mystic, CT. In Mystic, you will find the Mystic Seaport, the Mystic Aquarium, a YMCA, and plenty of shops and restaurants. If you are feeling adventurous you can drive to golf courses which are 15 minutes away. Rhode Island beaches are just 15-20 minutes away (12 miles) and Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun are also approximately 15-20 minutes away.

Spacious comfortable stay
We had a family get together and this was a great space for all of us to stay. Lots of room for us to spread out and be comfortable. Great location. Walking distance to restaurants and the beach. Would highly recommend.

We went for a wedding weekend the unit was very clean however my only complaints are 1) no bathroom mirror or shelving over the sink 2) no dressers in two rooms which makes it very uncomfortable to organize your clothing and toiletries especially if you’re getting ready for a wedding.

Great House & Location
Wonderful weekend with three adult couples celebrating my wife’s 60th birthday. Easy walk to small beach and fun area restaurants. Spectacular sunset views from beach. Wonder why the mirrors in bathrooms aren’t over the sink. Also, master bedroom has own AC which is great. Bedroom off of LR needs to leave door open at night to receive cool air from LR. 3rd bedroom has no AC. Great house and location!

Location is wonderful, in the heart of the borough. Although the dining table could fit six there were only four chairs. The bedrooms had no chairs to sit in. Suitcases had to be placed on the floor, luggage racks would have been helpful.

Great with minor issues….
It’s been a month since our stay and Ive been struggling with this review. I want to give it 5 stars…..it’s a super location and on arrival, we loved it and was excited about staying there. I grew up in the Borough, and walked by this house everyday in the summer heading to “The Point”. There were a few issues. A couple of minor ones, that would be so easy to fix…..mirrors over the sink/none. There are mirrors in each bathroom but are hanging on the wall over the towel bar…and you would have to be 6 feet tall to see into them. Not sure of the reason?? I went to the local Walmart and purchased 3 cheap ones. Air Conditioning is not adequate! The one in the living room is suppose to cool living room, kitchen and front bedroom. It was so loud, you could not hear yourself think. We were afraid to keep it on worried it would blow up. My son and his wife were in that bedroom and had 2 sleepless nights. The other one was in the other end of the house in sort of a hallway that lead to one of the bedrooms, and was suppose to cool another bedroom….not so much. The fan in one bedroom was so loud, it could not be kept on. Keep in mind, it was a cool weekend, but very humid. The other issue was the closet rod in one of the bedrooms was a tension rod and kept falling. Other than that, location, location, location you can’t beat it. If those issues were addressed, I would highly recommend.

Lovely weekend
We had a lovely weekend. Such a magical area to visit. Rental is in a perfect location. Easy walk to the beach and many restaurants and shops. The owners were so friendly and very responsive. We would definitely recommend and go back for a future stay.

Amazing home!!
I would love to complain about this house so noone would rent it..making it easier for me. This house was way nicer then photos or description The 3 bedrooms and bathrooms were all nicely spaced out ..giving each couple privacy Super clean and neat. Will absolutely stay again. Parking is a bear..but that is everywhere. Beach is walkable and gorgeous. 1 tiny tiny complaint..is 2 more chairs needed at dining table..and that is sooo minor Any questions we had were answered super super fasr. Can not wait to go back!

Lovely space - clean and comfortable, in a really nice part of the town, close to a little beach. Check-in was easy and the space was perfect for us. Lots of street parking very close to the house. Would definitely rent again.

This place is in a great location that is super convenient to all things Stonington. You are able to walk pretty much everywhere in town. If we are in the area again we would definitely stay there again. The host is very easy to communicate with and things were very organized. Highly recommend!

Our family had a fun holiday here - the living room is spacious, with ample seating. It’s an easy walk to the water and into the village! The fenced yard is another plus.

Very nice little place in Stonington Burroughs three good size bedrooms
Very convenient to all amenities in Stonington Borough, Simple, very clean and lovely. They could spring for some mirrors over the sinks in the Bathrooms. It was though to Shave or put on makeup.
