Welcome to *Cozy Chalet* a top North Mountain @Snowshoe Mountain Resort! Just across the parking lot from Powderidge ski trail and lift. Full access to basin-side Biking/Skiing/Boarding!

Second Floor Mountain Crest studio with all of the comforts of home! Enjoy two Flat screen smart TV's, DVD players, wood burning fireplace with complementary wood, full kitchen, washer/dryer, balcony, gear storage locker and more!

Great Family Location! This condo is in a quiet, rustic setting, with both front and rear balconies that provide varied mountain sun rise/set views. Steps to slope atop Powderridge lift. Walk/shuttle or bike to Western Territory/Powder Monkey - 10 min. walk to the Village.

Sleeps up to 6 (4 adults max) with Deluxe Queen bed, FULL size Deluxe Futon mattress and Full size memory foam sleeper sofa. Sleeper sofa and futon can both be used together with ample walking room when table is moved to side of sofa bed.

Snowshoe Ski/Ride Season is planned from NOVEMBER tbd, 2025 through MARCH tbd, 2026 (tentative).

*Cozy up the the warmth and ambiance of the natural wood burning fireplace. Relax and enjoy family time with an assortment of board games, playing cards, DVD's, CD stereo, Fast WI-FI internet etc. With Two smart TV's you can watch cable offerings or sign on to your Netflix, HBO, etc, or browse YouTube TV.

* The Powder Ridge Ski Trail and Lift are just across the street and parking lot.

*Cozy Chalet* is within a short walk of the village but away from the hustle and bustle of the village. Free shuttle located at the base of the parking lot will take you throughout Snowshoe, to Western Territory, Village, or Silver Creek. Just passed the Village is Wildcat Provisions grocery store. There is a walking/bike trail to the Village that is located right in front of our condo. Bike trails start right outside our front door proceeding left.

*Cozy Chalet* is accessed directly at the condo via electronic code. Upon booking, we will request additional guest information in lieu of a supplemental short rental agreement in order to gain code access.

*Minimum age for leasing guest is 23 and this is a non-smoking/vaping unit. Our HOA does not allow pets. Additional charges may occur if these rules are broken.
