Toggs Cottage Busselton, free wifi

Everything you need is provided for you to arrive, unpack and relax.

Toggs cottage is a fully renovated 50's beach cottage, located 2 blocks back from the beach and 2 blocks from the centre of Busselton.

It is fully equipped with fridge, dishwasher, TV, DVD, microwave and laundry facilities. There is a reverse cycle air-conditioning system in the main open plan living area and the modern kitchen is fitted with top quality European appliances.

There are two spacious queen size bedrooms and a sleep out with one set of bunk single beds.

The private courtyard is comfortably appointed for relaxation and rejuvenation, including a BBQ for those balmy alfresco summer nights.

A selection of various board games, magazines, books, DVDs, CDs are provided for your use. There is a high chair and kids toys to give you more room in the car for essentials.

Dogs are welcome to stay at Togg's Cottage. The rear courtyard is fully enclosed and there is a verandah area for added protection. Dogs are permitted into the rear of the house where there is lino on the floor, however we do request that dogs don't come into the main living areas where there is carpet or polished jarrah floorboards. Please note that dogs are not permitted to be left unattended at the property.

The walk and cycle tracks are extensive throughout Busselton and pass 200 metres from Togg's Cottage so bring your bicycles!

Busselton is the gateway to the Busselton-Margaret River Wine region with world class attractions within half an hours drive.

This property sleeps up to 4 adults and 2 children in 3 bedrooms. Two bedrooms with queen size beds, one bedroom with a set of bunk single beds.

Pillows, blankets, doonas, sheets, pillowcases, bath mat and towels are provided.
We request that you bring your own beach towels with you.

A $250.00 fully refundable bond is required for each accommodation booking.

Our cancellation policy is that the total accommodation will be charged if a booking is cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival, if the cottage cannot be re-booked, plus any commissions payable to HomeAway. Cancellations for bookings for peak periods that cannot be re-booked 30 days prior to arrival will not be refunded.

Sorry, Toggs does not cater for Leavers during November and December.

We do not accept bookings more than 12 months in advance.

Comfortable and cozy cottage

We loved the location of the cottage, we were a short walk away from the beach and a short drive from the centre of town. The cottage was very clean and large enough for 4 adults and a 5yr old.

Overall the property was pretty much as described, it was very clean and given its age, was in good condition. The property and location were very good and all the amentities one would need. I was disappointed about a few things; 1.the lounge furniture was uncomfortable and old and could do with a revamp 2. the beds were very uncomfortable and could also do with a revamp 3. TV was too small and old for a property commanding this price 4. only one air cond in lounge/kitchen, no air conds in bedroom or even ceiling fans, again disappointing for rates they are asking I would stress it was a nice property and commend the owner on how clean it is.

Really great spot. Walking distance to the beach and to shops. Lovely kitchen and living area. The only complaint would be that there was an odd beeping/humming noise on Friday and Saturday. We could not work out the origin of the noise and it was only intermittent. Unfortunately this noise did wake us up Saturday morning.

The property is very clean, 150m from the beach and a few hundred metres from the pizza shop! What more could anyone need. Beautifully clean house, nice hardwood floors. Bathroom is tidy, no mould or anything. Aircon works well. Just a nice old house thats been nicely renovated and was perfect for me and mates travelling around WA on motorbikes. Couldn't ask for more, thanks heaps.

Comfortable well-equipped cottage close to everything in Busselton. We loved being able to walk everywhere - to the main street, beach and foreshore playground. Great to be able to bring our dog along too!

We had a great time at Toggs cottage. The house was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. It was in a great location and only a short walk to both the beach and the shopping area. Would definitely stay again. .

Great location

Toggs cottage was a great location, quiet street yet walking distance to beach and town centre. The wifi was a godsend with the teens, as was the washing machine. Nice large kitchen and lounge area too.

Comfortable and good location

Enjoyed this cottage - was very comfortable with a gorgeous little back courtyard. Easy to get around and to and from the beach which luckily for us was a dog beach. The house is older and a bit creaky with wooden floorboards but was a good size for us (2 adults, 1 child, 1 small dog). We liked the "vintage" feel.

Christmas in Busselton

Property was fresh and clean upon arrival and everything we needed was supplied. Location was great, walking distance to the beach and busselton jetty and shops. Kids had a great time in the backyard.
